I just wondered if there are any lisa Stansfield fans on here.
she has an amazing voice. She looks so sexy now with short blonde hair (marie, RS like style) , her last 2 albums are fab ’face up ’ is so funky then there is ’Biogaphy’ which has all her hits on is cool.

cool, ’face up’ was only released in europe and japan i think. The song ’lets just call it love’ is on it . the uk verson of her greatest hits has an excellent remix bonus disc with it.

I bought Biography a while ago...It’s a decent CD, haven’t really been into it that intimately yet. I always loved The Real Thing, though :)

She is great.....saw her G Hits Tour in Belfast. She looked stunning and it was her b’day that evening. A really good, fun nite. I adore Change and Time To Make You Mine & The Real Thing. But she does just seduce you with her breathy vocals! Must admit I didn’t like the Face Up album, and scratched it so I could return to the record shop 4 a refund (my bad, lol).

Yeah, I’ve always liked a lot of her songs!! I was VERY disappointed by her third album though, it was weak, and the 4th was a return to form. Never heard her recent work like “Face Up”, but I will buy her “Biography” collection though. Lisa is one artist whom I’ve always said, I would immediately buy a greatest hits from, and “Biography” is it. HOWEVER, I would only buy the US version, as it has “You Can’t Deny It”, my fave, while the import does not. Oh yeah, I also have her album by Blue Zone on tape, as I LOVE her song “Jackie”!!
