well from listening 2 this song sounds like a power pop song with gr8 guitars... :)

I haven’t heard their new song yet, but honestly, after “Throwing Copper”, Live went right downhill, and hasn’t recovered since. TC was a perfect straddling of catchy powerpop melodies + U2-ish bombast, yet it worked. Since then, the following album, “Secret Samadhi” was OK and interesting, but the songwriting a was a bit lacking, and the following albums were too much overblown bombast and crappy songwriting. I’ll have to see if on the new album, Ed and the guys get the balance right again. Could be...we shall see...
