Trouble accessing the site?

Earlier today I had problems getting the site to come up on my screen. I’ve only just been able to now.

What kind of troubles are you experiencing? Do you see an error message or is it just that the server doesn’t answer? Can you access the news front page if SmallTalk front page doesn’t answer (or vice versa)? Does it work if you try to load the page another time or is the site completely unreachable? Do you have “remember me” checked (= does TDR automatically log you in)?
If it’s so that the server doesn’t answer at all, it would be good to try to contact the server with a traceroute utility. Traceroute shows the path of servers from your machine to TDR’s machine. It’s quite a long ride from New Zealand to Finland, so it’s possible that there something blocking the traffic even if TDR’s server is online. If you’re using Windows, open DOS prompt and type “tracert www2.dailyroxette.com” (without quotes) when the site is inaccessible again, and send the results to me through TDR’s feedback form.

I usually just got the plain text page you normally get. “Cannot find server”, etc. Was one of those white-screen numbers. Hehe.
I would click on my link in the Favourites folder, wait a few seconds, and there was the error page. It’s only ever happened to my twice now.

OK, that’s one of the Internet Explorer’s error messages. I wonder why they have made them look like web pages.
“Cannot find server” error means that there is either a problem with your Internet connection or TDR’s server is down. Please try tracerouting next time.

It happened to me again just last night. Have there been problems with the site? :(
