Massive Chaos-HELP!

1. When u post a reply it shows its not the last one posted but it goes somewhere in the middle

2.When u post a reply the topic doesnt go On Top at once but stays as it was b4 u answer?

I checked my personal settings, but they are correct.

For example:
I am writing this at 20:12 o’clock, but I bet that the time mentioned in the reply will be around 15:12.
In my settings it is, as mentioned, correct (around 20:15).

If there is something wrong, then it’s something that TDR’s hosting provider has done. The time stamp of each post is saved in server’s time, not in your own timezone’s time. If the time on the server is wrong, then this kind of weird things happen.

Update: Thanks for letting me know. I have contacted the support.
