I think they both deserve a break. Especially Marie of course. But the fans should get an information about Roxette, maybe from their management or even from themselves. It´s sad if nobody knows what´s going on. The dailyroxette is really the best source to get some news.
I think no one would be dissapointed if they would take a big break. BUT BEFORE DOING THAT, they should absolutely release a LIVE album (especially for the fans). I do appreciate this idea from a Roxette fan which has mentioned a proposal in this forum about “The Live Hits”.
We had “The Ballad Hits”, we have “The Pop Hits”, why not “The Live Hits” ????????????
Could be a record with different live tracks from different concerts. (Thanks to this guy who mentioned this first...I can´t tell you his/her name because I couldn´t find the topic anymore).

Roxette is doing extremely well in NL and UK, but the most terrible thing is: They CAN’T come to those countries, something which is very important!!!!

Definately a “Live Hits” album. Perhaps for Christmas 2003? Make it a double-disc set of live material throughout the years. Dedicate it to the fans. As I mentioned on the front page, it’s better than releasing nothing at all!

i totally agree with coyboyusa on the Per and GT stuff... but i would LOVE a live album and another one with loadsa unreleased tracks... and b-sides :)

I think it would be great if they release that live album with tracks from different concerts along Roxette’s career, but it would be great comercially to include in that album at least one new studio song to be released as a single as to say “Hey, we’re still here! Don’t forget us so easily!”. Don’t you think so? That worked for Bon Jovi with the album “One Wild Night”.

i personally like very much the idea of The Live hits–but don’t think it realistic right now....the live song is like invitation to the concert..ppl see it and think– i must go to that cooool Roxette concerts..
but there wouldn’t be such thing soon..
in the moment Live album is good only for us– to keep strong our memories from concerts-that’s why i bought ON single:-))))
