At the German allrecords.de site, you can find “The Look For Roxette Discography + Bonus CD” for € 60.99
I thought the book is no longer available wit the CD.

There are no books made without the CD. The whole editon of 3000 books includes the CD. IF a second edition is called for, then THAT book won’t have the CD.
