Unfortunately, the Roxette album has not sold enough copies within the Virgin chain to qualify for this week’s Virgin Chart. The Virgin Chart is based on sales across Virgin Megastores and Megastore Xpress outlets and is often very different to the official UK chart. ’Ballad Hits’ is a Grade 1 ranked product, and we have plenty of stock across our chain, but it seems that people have been buying it elsewhere.

well you should send them an email saying “if the album sells well in other stores you are losing sells, maybe you should advertise it a little bit and it’s gonna sell like in the other stores.” or something like that :)
