Shall I repeat third time to all of you?
Whow wants MPG DO IT YOURSELF!
Get my AVI and encode to mpeg using TMPGEnc
When a clip will hit TV I’ll put hi-q m2v on Roxbytes

kibkalo, you’re right, I wrote your url because I dind’t realise it was avi. I don’t need it in MPEG.
Thank you very much, as always, for everything.
Ernes.

kibkalo: About your sentence: “encode to mpeg using TMPGEnc”. Not everyone have this programm. So you should always think about that you are not sooooo cool as you think you are! There are other people who aren´t that computerfreaks who have got other things to do in their lives. If someone have the software to do it it´s maybe just 5 minutes to change it for avi into mpeg.... so please not so pseudo-cool statements

There’s ABSOLUTELY no point in creating an mpeg of the current avi file. It’d leave the same quality but make the size 4 times bigger.
Non-computer freaks should be happy to have the avi version.

anyone who knows how a tool to successdully convert avi-files to mpeg on MAC OSX?? Tried several, but only got failure notices...

Marcus: Have a look at www.versiontracker.com
There you’ll find anything you need. Don’t now which one is the right, though. Feed the jaguar!

Converting a small avi to MPEG/m2v has no point, because you will loose quallity, and the file will take 5 times more space.
marcusvandeursen said on February 10, 2003 02:13:
doesnt seems necessary either now... mplayerX simply plays the file when QuickTime doesnt

i have no idea what you guys are talking about! MPEG or AVI....who cares - just get another DVD out ASAP and put it on there, then the fans can buy it and make Roxette even more money with another greatest hits compilation maybe?!? LOL
@ Coyboyusa - I agree with you m8.

@Marcus:
Yes, Mplayer is good choice, as well as VLC (Video Lan Client) plays every type of video, fullscreen. Btw. looking at your website, it’s obvious that your a mac-user. Great design!
zeeshan said on February 11, 2003 10:29:
the AVI is NOT.. I repeat NOT running here on my system. I’ve got MPLAYER 7.1 installed and it is not running. Does anyone know WHY?
pietROxette said on February 11, 2003 11:44:
Yes. You most likely do not have the necessary codecs to play the video.
Download them here: http://www.nivelvirtual.net/nimo/Nimo50Build8beta.exe
Please carefully follow the installation instructions.
