UK version of TBH

firstly, has anyone got the EP edition, I haven’t? Not HMV, Virgin, WHSmith or Woolies sold it.

Also, the printing on the CD is poor compared to the Euro version, but the booklet is nice!

In woolies it was number 39 in the charts (above petshop boys) which is good for a pre-release chart entry and in W H Smith it was 51.

There were a couple of other people looking at the album saying ’oh yeah I saw it advertised yesterday and really want that’ - I almost made them buy it there and then!!!

I also don’t hink that the album is copy protected also??? but yet to stick itin my laptop...here I go...

doesn’t seem to play on my laptop at all.... hmmmmm //// seems like it was my computer that was crap! No cactus system on the UK release :)

my mum got to get mine from HMV today, hope it is ep edition.

I couldn’t find the ep edition...I hope you do get it ; )

Nope, HMV’s version doesn’t have the EP. Well at least according to the website it doesn’t. >:( It’s £13.99 in there, only £12.99 in woolies!

yep £12.99 in woolies (that’s why I got mine from there!) £13.99 in HMV and Virgin. Virgin had it in it’s new release section, hmv just had it with all the other roxette cd’s :(

none of them have the EP as far as i know...

i got mine and Manda’s from woolies, yaya! and nope, NO copy protection, plays a LOT better in my computer!!! hehehe!!!!

i agree tho, thr printing on the CD is kinda poor, not as bright as the swedish one :-/

I’m in a quandry over this. As much as I love Roxette, do I really want to shell out for a secondary copy of an album I’ve already got - especially as it contains songs I’ve already got before

@ dizzy - course you do - cos you love Roxette and feel proud when you go in there to buy it... ;)

Virgin had a deal on.....buy 2 chart albums get £5 off....so seeing as I was buying 2 copies of it.....it seemed like a decent deal.

Anyway....no EP! :( but no copy protection, and it seems its just a Euro version anyway......no EMI UK on it or whatever it is these days.

Atleast HMV had it on their display....and Virgin had it on the new release bit.

I’ve got 108 flyers that ive made.....did have 110.....but 2 seem to have got themselves left on the bus I traveled home on ;)

onlywhenidream - quite right!

go girl! wicked!! I have emailed a load of people from my [email protected] email address announcing its arrival on these shores! Just as well I leave this job at the end of the month - else I would be fired!!!!!!! LOVL!!!!

*oh well all in a good cause!

i’m going out undercover of darkness in a secound......to place a few posters.....bus stops seem to be cleaned fairly often......so i’ll leave some in fone boxes ;)

yay you! get people to get those CDs!!! LOL!

I could not get the EP version either... I have bought 3 copies.. 1 for me, 1 for Mum and 1 for best friend!!

I may return mine when it makes the charts.... you didn’t see that!!

Only joking!!!... I stick it in the car!!

Okay seeing as some people managed to get the EP... lucky!!. I am having my tea and going out to Tesco see if I can get it..

Bought my 3 in woolies and they are not EP’s..

Can someone buy the UK Ballad Hits for me? Ill trade it for something...maybe the swedish BH?

WH Smith, HMV, Virgin - no EP. WH Smith chart - no.61, HMV chart - no. 66, Virgin - new release.

At least it’s hit the shops.

no ep , BUT BRILLIANT BOOKLET

What’s the difference between the UK booklet and the other versions?

Or perhaps their isn’t a difference at all, and you lot just love the booklet and haven’t seen it before :-)

I have a Canadian copy, which has EMI on it... nice to have that logo :-)

just nice to have the booklet, havent seen another.
i just think its something nice for me to keep, with a collection of the best ballads. at first didnt like the idea of TBH or TPB. but im changing my mind.
( to put TPH on just before i go out on town )

Well, I came across a new Swedish copy here in New York, in this used CD shop, for $15 US!! I do agree, lovely, shiny booklet!! And yes, mine has the EP, WOOHOO!! Here in the US, us diehard Roxette fans are so used to buying imports, as the American releases eitheer don’t come out at all or come out edited, or not as good. Actually, I usually go for Japanese pressings, most of my Roxette collection consists of Japanese pressings, with the rest European ones. The Japanese TBH has just 1 disc, but with 2 of the EP’s tracks as bonus cuts 16 + 17, so I feel the Euro EP version is better, for once, haha!!
