WE WANT A LIVE ALBUM, NOW!!!!

Per and Marie, Please give us a Live Album, NOW!!
I can’t belive you haven’t released one yet!

Roxette is at it’s best live!!! And we know you recorded some shows on the last tour, so what are you waiting for!!

And to all the fans: LET’S MAKE THEM RELEASE ONE!!! Maybe someone could make a guestbook or something where we can crave for a live album, and then we can send the long list with comments to Per and Marie. Like we did when we sent Marie best wishes.

Please, we have to do something.

YES, PLEASE GIVE US A LIVE ALBUM. We waiting!!!!

In an interview, back in the Joyride or CBB days they revealed that they record all concerts for themselves so they can later check them and analyse how they were performing. So come oooon, give us those recodings, we are eager to listen to them. If not now, maybe later this year. (That would make more sense.)

Yeah! C’mon the faster, the better! Release one now! I really long for it.

We should start a petition! ((-;

We want a live album, NOW!!

Why now? The Pop Hits will come in a month or two. Around summer, I say. There is no point in releasing a live album now.

Maybe around summer, when The Pop Hits is a great international success :-)), it’d be time to release a live album, with the live version of Crush On You as the first single...

*sigh* I am absolutely in favour of this plea :) Sooooo many fantastic memories would wake up once again!

A live DVD with an included live CD my wish, like Marie‘s “Äntligen”

live album , yeah, I like that idea a lot,, and with Crush On You lead single!!! mmm...

...but... EMI..... yo’know what I think.....

GASP me and pierto agree..keep it fresh..even per said he never liked the idea of a live album ever..maybe as b sides or an ep but a whole album no thanks not unless its a fans only dvd perhaps through the fanclub?

I would kill for a live album. Please Per,,, Give us the RS tour on cd! Please please please please please..

@Pietro you are right! COY as first single would be amazing!
And It couldn’t be just one cd - it has to be double cd, cos there are at least 30 great songs which have to be included to “The Live Hits”:)

...And live DVD... That would be !!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah, I would also like to have a live DVD. But lets focus on one thing right now. First a live album, then a DVD!

Yeah! The Live Hits! Now THAT’S what should come next!

Could someone just tell this to Mr. Gessle? :-)))

rehashing hits but in a live setting give me a break...how about reissuing all their albums as complete recording sessions like the cranberries did so u can buy all the songs from one period you like all remastered

Agreement...

Yea, a live dvd would be great. With “Parkliv” as a bonus :).

live dvd will be great.

Don’t dream of a live DVD, as only the Stockholm concert was recorded with video cameras. According to Mr. Per “TechMaster” Gessle, it’s quality is not good enough to be released on DVD.

Please Roxette give us a live album and a live dvd now

i want a live album tooo!!!

YESSS!! I WANT A LIVE ALBUM!!! IT´S A VERY GOOD IDEA! ROXETTE LIVE SOUNDS BETTER THAN ON THE ALBUMS!!THE VOICES OF PER & MARIE SOUNDS REALLY GREAT ON STAGE!

Would be great to launch the Brussels concert, the sound of FLAF is perfect!!!! Imagine all the concert in this quality!!!!!!

Definately, Sommartider! After listening to the quality of FLAF live, I am craving a live album. There’s so much good live material out there that it’s a shame that it has to just collect dust.

A DVD would be fantastic, but if Per says it’s not perfect, then I guess we won’t get it. That’s still no excuse for earlier concerts like Crash! Boom! Live! (Johannesburg) not being released on DVD! They need to be released now!

I was just thinking of all the other artists who release simply EVERYTHING on DVD! Concerts from every tour they did, unplugged concerts...and what do WE get? All Videos..and an unofficial Live-ISM DVD..(at least in Europe)...so I think it is time that we get a live DVD with a concert from the RS tour...((-:

My god, you ppl are so hard to please - I do agree - we need an update of them performing live - but we WONT get a Live CD from them - as MrG himself said: a live album is like a B-grade Greatest Hits.... maybe we’ll be lucky enuff to get a DVD......

Cheers

...but they shouldn’t just include songs from the previous tour: The CBB World Tour featured some unbelievable live songs!!

I would love to have these included:
- Crash! Boom! Bang! (i love that thing Micke A played)
- Hangin’ on the telephone (even better than Blondie’s version!)
- Cry (never heard in Helsinki, still great as I heard it online..)

But those are just extra goodies..I’d have ANY kind of live album some day..

@ carbonboy

A live CD is what we’d most likely get. A DVD? Out of what?! The Globen gig? That does quite not qualify...

@animalkingdom - well, you wont get a live cd. Let’s face it. The day we get a Roxette Boxette we’ll get a live cd - maybe......

@ carbonboy

but we’ll get .. eventually :-)
dvd..hardly ever!

@animalkingdom: That thing Micke Nord plays is called “pedal steel guitar”, or “hawaian guitar”.

The concerts they said they had recorded were Brussel and Barcelona.

But I don’t want a live album now... (u people never get bored of the release of the same songs over and over again...???? Amazing, you get what you deserve: that they release 4 Greatest Hits...).

Don’t lose your hope, we have to fight for a live album!!!

@Santi: Frankfurt and Zurich were recorded, too...

and Leipzig, too!

We want THE LIVE HITS!

Live DVD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you ask me I believe we could wait till the Rox Box...Certainly I am not wishing for any ’Live Hits’ !! ;)

Yea! Live Album! New Tour and a live album!!!

i agree! i am saying that for a while , a live album !!!

I think that given that Marie will be taking the next several months to recover, a live album is a very realistic possibility... they’ve never officially released one, and the work is virtually done... sounds like a cheap and easy way to bridge the gap until the next studio album, so why not? Of course, releasing another album of old material will probably set off a few riots...
