gr8 :)

great work santi!!

you , Santi, are always really fast! :P

The chords in the chorus are exactly the same as in a song of mine I recorded in december, so I was used to that sound :D

I think that 70% of the songs have these chords in the same order, like, for exemple, baila (sexy thing) from zuchero...

anyone tested it? :p

Thanks for the Chords. I will try them. I’m happy that these Chords are easy (Im just learning play Guitare).

I think A is much better than Am (and maybe Gm than G)

example:

A
Well, I like you
——————————– Gm
I couldn’t think of anything but you
– D ———————————- A
For a week I was in love with your hairdo
—————————————— Gm
I couldn’t chew those smart things I used to
— D ————————– A
I knew I was way over the moon

I thought Am fitted better. The melody has the note C that is included in A minor scale, but not in A major scale. That’s why.
About Gm, no. It’s better you keep G when playing with A.
They don’t play the third (they are A5 in fact) and so it’s difficult to say which one would be the right chord.
If you play it with A sounds much “brighter” or “happier” than what the song in fact seems to be.

that solo sounds very familiar..i think a rox-related song...anyone?

“Gimme Gimme Shock Treatment”... Gessle’s Ramones cover, that’s from where the solo came ! :)

LOVE IT
Thanks
All the best

Good job Santi! :) The chords fit quite well to me, thanks!

I know this is not the right thread, but.., what about midis? There hasn’t been any new midi file since RS album.

C-K, Robert Ecsedi, Ray Benett and others that did such a great job sequencing Rox songs, are you still around??

Anyone had the time to get the tab to the solo? :o

I think santi and tarazzul are both right for the verse.

It sounds closer with an A rather than Am, but the G sounds better than the Gm.

@ santi : Great job, thanx a lot !
But I also think A is better than Am ...
First time for me on this chat, it’s great ...

I have ALL the rox-chords, if somebody want...

Maybe not ALL, but most of them anyway....

I just listened to NOX the first time. As I heard it Am seems the be the only right chord. “A” is wrong because the melodie Per sings goes also to the note “C” which means that it have to be Am. For useing “A” Per would have to sing the note C# in the melodie.... Sometimes it´s really possible to change it but not in this case (IF I HEARD IT THE RIGHT WAY)....

Gm is also unpossible I think... I believe that there was the note “B” (and NOT “Bb”) in the melodie... ok it was when the chord was “D” but it would sound very strange to use Gm...

BTW: Why do you need a tab of the solo? I think someone who needs a tab for it wouldn´t be able to play the solo... But, OK, I have to admit that some people can better play with tabs and some can better play by hearing it.... ok, maybe it would be good to have one.... sorry, can´t write it down...

The rest of the chords someone wrote above are 100% right... (don´t know why there is a Am7. There the overdrive-guitar plays A5 and G5 in changeing the whole time... maybe because of that... but after all it´s not really wrong. it´s possible that way...). But the intro which you wrote as “Am G D Am G D” comes just one time “Am G D”. And the Am starts at the word “...liked...”.... But that´s not that important....

Yeah, it’s possible that the intro is wrong since the first time I tried it it was with that file copied from the Slovakian radio and it was cut on the beginning. So I thought that to make it fit in the length that it was mute it had to be twice, but then what happened is that the streaming audio was stopped.

Also, the talk-boxed “lyrics” are not “Opportunity nox...” but “Opportunity calling”, and it doesn’t start on that word, right, I forgot to put the — to place it right :D
