Malmstedt to pay a fortune to Per.
Starrox said on January 29, 2003 12:42:
@gyllene_tjej: Yeah, I remember that picture! They reminded me of the three musketeers for some strange reason...
Starrox said on January 29, 2003 09:57:
Poor guy! ;-) Guess that was the last time he’ll take anyone to court...
But isn’t is kinda pointless to ask Malmstedt to pay for everything? I mean, he wasn’t even able to pay for the first two times he took Per to court - I doubt he now has enough money!
vivien said on January 29, 2003 11:06:
It´s pity for Malmstedt ,but I can understand that Per got enough now.He had to go to the court 3 times, even he didn´t steal the song.

uh limousines? Did the lawyers really have to travel by limousines and not a simple taxi? :P
I guess it is Expressen making up another story :D:D Soon Jonas Akerlund will be involved in the whole story, maybe he will be the lost brother of Malmsted or sth, and will have to pay for him, cuz this Malmsted has no money :P
vivien said on January 29, 2003 11:29:
Malmstedt says that everyone travelled by limousine but the letter from Pers lawyer says only Chauffeur service for 4 571 52 and taxi expenses for 4 265 74 and 1 240 00 so I think Malmstedt and Expressen just wanted to blow up the story.
Santi said on January 29, 2003 11:36:
lol Judith :D
Maybe Per spent 10 hours every day on the phone talking to his mom in Sweden and drank 15 bottles of Scotch Whiskey in the hotel to charge it to “Malmstedt account” :DDDDDDDDDDDD
Starrox said on January 29, 2003 11:44:
Wow, take a look at the hotel expenses for Per and Åsa! 34.460,12 SEK for a four-night-stay... sounds like they had one of the the really expensive rooms and had fun with room service, watched some Pay-TV and maybe talked with Gabriel back at home on the phone all the time *g*
BTW: http://www.expressen.se/expressen/jsp/polopoly.jsp?d=204&a=9491
Santi said on January 29, 2003 11:45:
I think Per’s not gonna do this, but he wants Malmstedt to stop annoying him with this “Johnny and I” thing, and so he says this to the newspaper as meaning: “If you try it once more I make you pay it all”.
gyllene_tjej said on January 29, 2003 11:53:
finally justice for all, poor wanna-be.
Btw, the hotel costs may be true, as Per does live in posh presidential suites. I know, I saw one on RS promo tour in the spring of 2001 *wow*. But h*ll, he IS worth that :)
vivien said on January 29, 2003 11:54:
Yes, Per is worth the best!
(So he should marry me..I am just joking.)
Santi said on January 29, 2003 11:56:
That’s not justice, and I actually would be very deceived if this story is true and Per Gessle goes on with it. No one “needs” to spend 34000 SEK to sleep four nights.
gyllene_tjej said on January 29, 2003 12:07:
@Santi: remeber Per went to london as a popstar and the whole court thingie have probably spoilt some of his plans and first of all took much of his time. Why then, going on such unplanned visit should he behave any other way than normally? He went there on business hence all expenses.
If I knew I was right and someone sued me with no grounds for that, I would take advantage of the situation as well.
Starrox said on January 29, 2003 12:09:
Isn’t it the normal procedure for the “loser” to pay for all expenses (especially if the trial takes place in another country) of the winner? In this case Malmstedt should have expected something like this, shouldn’t he?
Starrox said on January 29, 2003 12:11:
@gyllene_tjej: Now that you mention it... didn’t they have to postpone the press day planned in Stockholm around the time the Per was in London?
gyllene_tjej said on January 29, 2003 12:15:
Actually, I didn’t save all these Malmstedt articles as they were getting on my nerves. anyway, it did cost Per quite some trouble, and besides think of the horrible rainy weather they had in London ;)) ( I only remeber one thing... thet Gessle looked to die for in his suit and tie mmm :))))
Santi said on January 29, 2003 12:22:
What does PER GESSLE need from a person like Malmstedt? Nothing. He’s won, he’s got what he wanted.
If he goes on with this thing me and many people will be very deceived because then he’s not what I expected from him.
Why does he need to spend 34000 SEK sleeping? Because that of “very normal people” label P&M like to put on them is just lip service.
He’s just a broker...
vivien said on January 29, 2003 12:34:
Per said that when he is in New York he usually stays in The four seasons hotel which costs about 1500 $ / night.
So it can be possible that his hotel cost was
34 000 kr for 4 nights.
Twilight-Ghost said on January 29, 2003 15:28:
First of all, I don’t think Per would do something like that. But if Per really pursue this, I don’t think the reason would be to get his money back. I think the real reason would be to annoy Malmstedt.
onlywhenidream said on January 29, 2003 15:33:
I think Per should Bankrupt this fool, then, hopefully he will not try and pull this type of stunt with anyone else. Go Per, get loads of money, then, either give it to charity, or give it to me!!
Malmstedt = swedish for Loser!!!
gyllene_tjej said on January 29, 2003 15:50:
applying for refund is part of legal procedures. Of course it is not an action to get even more money as Per surely has enough, it is just the way to make the guy learn his lesson.
vivien said on January 30, 2003 09:55:
I am also sure that it´s not for the money .It´s just a great way to “pay ” to Malmstedt ....
I am sure Per doesn´t like him....
pardek said on January 30, 2003 11:29:
i think Per only does that, to prevent that tomorrow somebody else comes up with malmested’s idea again; it’s a warning
dubacik said on January 30, 2003 12:08:
I really liked the article. Too bad, Per and Asa didn´t take Gabriel with them... Probably article could be more interesting...
Per is actually right. It doesn´t matter if he has or doesn´t have millions. He didn´t stole the song and has right have money for everything back because if... he wouldn´t go to London...
CRIZ said on January 30, 2003 19:37:
It somehow seems to me that Expressen doesn’t like Per and Marie..IF they are writing about Rox than it’s negative more often than positive....and this Malmstedt guy seems to be the right one for them to make it even worse...
Malmstedt needs professioal help from psychologists I think! He still thinks that he is right????? Poor guy! Make a therapy!!!
Malmstedt should be glad that we fans didn’t follow to London too.....that would have become even more expensive for him....hehehehehe!!!!
Starrox said on January 30, 2003 19:41:
Maybe they’re jealous because it’s always Aftonbladet and not them who get the good stuff - the ON video, for example ;-)
CRIZ said on January 30, 2003 20:09:
Seems so Starrox...it really seems so...wasn’t it Expressen back in 1997 who tried to make the first photos of Gabriel from a helicopter flying over Per’s and Åsas villa?? Since than the communication between Rox and Expressen is destroyed...if there ever was one......giggle
LittleSpooky said on January 31, 2003 03:41:
In the US, it’s not uncommon for whoever has lost the court case to pay for ALL court / attourney fees, etc. That is if they are sought. Some people don’t seek those “damages” so.... *shrugs*
vivien said on January 31, 2003 09:51:
Malmstedt really seems to be crazy.
Per must be careful. He can be dangerous...
vivien said on January 29, 2003 09:46:
According to Expressen Per wants Malmstedt to pay all his costs lawyers, planetickets for him , Åsa,Dimman, Niklas etc., hotels, travells by limousine e.t.c. 1 169543 sek for the lawyers and 125973 sek for the other costs.
Hehe .
Stupid Malmstedt, think twice before you take Per to the court...
