the lyrics...

I think he fantasizes, he tries to put himself in the situation and then writes the lyrics. Mostly is fiction.

what do your think? does every song have a story? and are they true?

right now for example, i’m listening to joy of a toy... do you think that it’s a true story?

and do you think that gessle was alone when he srote it hurts?

we can only speculate, can’t we guys? have you ever written a song, a poem, a story? if you have, many of you will say there was a starting point, something that inspired you to do that and then your job was only to follow and develop that. the undisputable quality an artist has is the insight, intuition, the ability to perceive things sensitively and sort of process them mentally and spiritually so that a work of art is created... the best writers, artists etc are superhuman, they seem to be a link not only between generations but also between the the down-to-earth matters and secret, sacred ones... i think Gessle’s a great communicator through time and space, isn’t he?

great trip you’re on!

ozzo, i think you are right... i write poems a lot, in swedish... and it’s like you say... that i always have like a line and then writes the rest from it (but i very often write poems about the real life, so that’s why i woundered what you thought about gessle)

speaking about mr.gessle, i seriously doubt he’s experienced even 20% of stories he’s ever written... you don’t actually have to witness leaving home to write a song like cooper, do you? you do have to be imaginative, sensitive and creative and that’s what he’s like i think...
