"Stars" Almighty Rmx as backing track of Da Capo

Hi guys...
I am sure many of you are going to hate this, as you in majority hate Ace Of Base but...i found a cool website with a secction of remixes and there was link to AOB and a few Remixes (non-official) were done to the songs The Juvenile and Da Capo. This one uses the backing track of Almighty Mix od Stars and mixes it with the original vocals on Da Capo....
You might hate this but i liked it...it’s almost like having my two favs bands into one....you can hear Marie sayíng go go go go in the back lol:)
It’s nice, funny but once again...not official...

First of all, I love Ace of Base and I love ’Da Capo’ - both the song and the album.
May we have a link to this remix please?

Is this an attempt to make people aware of the self-titled “best AOB-album ever” and to push its sales?
I’ve been an AOB fan for many years and looked really forward to the release of the new record. “Beautiful Morning” as a leadsingle disappointed me a bit, but as time went by I changed my mind a bit and realized that it’s actually a great song.
The album nevertheless is a huge disappointment, esp. considering the fact that they get never tired to emphasize that they have written more than 100 songs and worked on this album for more than four years, which is indeed a lie. If they had so many great songs, why did they put this boring remake of “Wonderful Life” and a new version of “Show Me Love” on the album? Did they really thought “We can be successful again if we go back to our awful reggae-crap”?
The only highlight of the album is “Ordinary Day”, which is a cute love song; I like the song “Da Capo” a lot, but all in all it sounds too cheap to be a good song. On Monday they’re going to release “The Juvenile” in Germany, but I neither heard it on the radio nor a video has been done. To me it seems like a miracle to me that RTL chose that song as their X-mas song, but still it’s barely shown/played on TV. I’m sure that “The Juvenile” will be a huge flop and the entire record can’t be rescued either. It doesn’t feature one song with a sigh of hit potential.
Believe me, AOB are done. The publicity has to think they consist now of two people, just because Jonas and Linn are too lazy to promote their record. I guess they listened to it and didn’t dare to promote it anymore...
And now put us into the off-topic-section or whatever...

I’ll have to disagree with the above comments about “Da Capo.” Everyone has their own opinions. ;)
Surely there’s no groundbreaking new style/sound on this new Ace of Base album, but I don’t find it disappointing at all. I think their next single (at least in Sweden), “Unspeakable,” is one of the best songs they’ve done in years.

Da Capo is a great album
I love “Remember the words” the best song!
And what about the link to that unofficial remix?

Their album “Da Capo” is possibly a dissapointment in the sales chart, but that´s because the charts are dominated by R&B/Hip Hop/Rap or whatever (examples are Eminem, Nelly,...). But every POP MUSIC fan would be happy to own this CD. It´s full of nice masterpieces (NO big hits). Even the song which I rated the worst when I was listening to it the first time, is beautiful (that was “Hey Darling”).
I only dislike “Da Capo” because Jonas is once again trying to “sing”/”rap”. His voice doesn´t suit the song.
“Unspeakable” = well done
“Beautiful morning” = well done
“Remember the words” = boombastic “ballad”
“Da Capo” = don´t like this one
“World down under” = thought I heard that one somewhere already; anyway great song
“Ordinary day” = nice ballad
“Wonderful life” = nice cover; I like the original from Black a little more; but AOB did a great version
“Show me love” = nice song
“What´s the name...” = O.K.
“Change with the light” = O.K.
“Hey darling” = O.K.
“The juvenile” = O.K.
No Nr.1 songs, but I like all of them in a way. In my opinion AOB will never reach the same success as Roxette did, because they can´t perform their songs LIVE. But they have my respect, even if they´re only producing studio albums.

i love AOB and i love wonderful life. however, i haven´t had the chance to listen to the whole album since it hasn´t been realeased here, in argentina yet. i don´t know whether it will be released some day since the first single has been a flop here. it´s a pitty.

This “A Thing About Love” megamix by Saint Ken is fantastic! One of the best I’ve heard. I suggest everyone download it. It features A Thing About You, Wish I Could Fly, and It Must Have Been Love mixed together.
