For me it has to be Room Service Tour @ Globen, Stockholm November 2001!!!. It was a life long dream to see Per and Marie play in Sweden.

Stuttgart 2001 really rocked! never saw such an active & crazy audience!!! It was so special when they played spending my time for the 1st time on that tour because of the cheering crowd.

The Show they did at Capital Radio Cafe in London in 1999 was pretty good.

and the concert in stuttgart was really great, though it was my first rox-concert :-D

I’ve been in a concert from the CBB tour (Madrid, 1994) and in another from the Room Service Tour (Madrid, 2001).

The first one was very special because 12.000 people attended the concert and we had a wild time: Roxette really rocked and Marie was superb (as always), running from one side to another of the stage and making the audience have fun.

The second one was incredible because we were ’only’ 2500 people, but as we were all HUGE roxers, we really knew the lyrics by heart and sang along during the whole show. Even P&M stopped singing lots of times to listen to us :)

So I can’t really choose between them...with no doubt those great memories will be with me for the rest of my life.

Is there anyone out there who was also in any of those shows and wants to comment?

i have never been to a roxette concert, other than the fact that i bought the Live-ism tape. i was not impressed by it at all, from the tape, it seems like Marie doesn’t do well live in a big concert, her voice doesn’t hold.

bunny: You have got to be kidding Marie has an amazing voice live! I attended the show when Live-ism was filmed and everyone was in awe of how powerful and emotion charged her voice was!

For me the best Roxette concert was 8th of Dec 1991 in Sydney Australia! Roxette were huge back then and it was my first ever concert and it went off! The crowd, Per and Marie the band it was just a magical night something I will never forget!

The only other time was 21st January 1995 it was a great show and a loud crowd but for some reason Roxette had lost a lot of popularity and so I was a little disappointed the show wasn’t totally sold out even though the venue was almost full. In 91’ they had 4 sold out shows and then come 94’ they couldn’t manage to sell one show :(

Melbourne, Australia in 1991 and also 1995.
I have fond memories of the 91 show as it was also the first time I’d seen a band play live.
And the third would be the last one I saw, in Goteborg in Sweden last year as I still have fresh memories of that one, and it was basically the end of what had been the best holiday of my life, 4 months in Europe chasing my fav band around from country to country!

Hmm maybe they need to come up with a better live video, ’cause i showed it once to my american friends and they were shocked that Marie sounds so different live (not in a good way). Is there a place on the web i can download live video clips from them? Maybe it’s just the Live-ism video tape ..

I only saw Zurich 31/10/2001 and it was just GREAT! The crowd was soo loud and enthusiastic and Marie’s voice was incredibly strong. IT ROCKED! It was the first time they played ’church of your heart’ as a bonus track!

CRASH! BOOM! BANG! 26.10.1994, Prague. There were so many people who were asking for tickets, that they had to add one more concert the next day, 27.10.1994. THEY WERE BOTH SOLD OUT very quick. And I ended up (unexpectedly) in the first row. Unforgettable! The fact, that they have sold out both the concerts makes me wonder, why they almost always forget Prague on their promotion tours.... :o(

Runner-ups are the showcase in Cologne last year - I simply knew there’d be a tour after that, the whole band enjoyed it way too much to play only those three showcases - and the RS concert in Frankfurt: pretty special atmosphere since it was the last concert of the tour in Germany and thanks to some special things happening like COYH for the very first time or certain events involving guitar picks *g*

I think it was 92 in Podersdorf(Austria) ... there were sooo many people and the audience was really great ... it was kind of romantic too as it was next to the “Neusiedler See” (a lake). ;-).
The one in 89 in Vienna was kind of special, as it was the first gig.
Well .. but of course there are so many others as well.
From Room-Service Tour I liked Prague the most. Really fantastic audience.
In 94 .. hmm ... Munich .... as it was special, but only the first one.
Hope my list will go on ...

I went to the concert in Rotterdam/Ahoy’(1994), the showcase in Cologne and the RS Brussels concert. All shows were great, but for me the Brussels concert was the best/means the most to me, because I went to that concert with my Big L! (who is also a Rox-fan).

The best concert I saw ( and the only one I´ve been to) is the Room Service tour concert in gothenburg on november 17, 2001. it was so cool that roxette played Church Of Your Heart.

I have seen Roxette live 3 times:
- 21 september 1994 AHOY Rotterdam,(CBB-tour)
- march 2001, Radio Donna Party, Kortrijk
- 23 oktober 2001, Forest National, Brussel (RS-tour).

They two concerts were really very good.
