EMI or Capitol?

Hej! Could somebody explain me one thing I don’t understand? All Roxette albums are usually released by EMI. From the articles on TDR I’ve understood that TBH is also released by EMI. But when I bought TBH and took a look on it I saw a Capitol Records sign there.. After all, what company has released TBH?

To be fair, EMI is doing huge TV-promotion for TBH.
EMI is the record-company. It owns the labels capitol, virgin and many more. They don’t use the name EMI as a label anymore.

EMI and Capitol are the same company. They are just not using the name “EMI” in pop music anymore. EMI Classical will stay. Don’t ask me why.
