And now for something completely different :)

I was just thinking of making a new thread, slightly changing the subject of most of the others. Don’t get me wrong, the news of “The Ballad Hits” is excellent. I just felt like having a wee change. :)

The subject of this thread is “Making Your Own Roxette Compilations”. This would relate more to people with CD writers, but if you make them on cassette, that’s good too.

What I was wondering was, what are some of the compilations you’ve made for yourself? I’ve made a few of my own in the past few years. How about you? :)

Here’s a list of ’a couple’ Roxette albums I’ve created for myself:

The Big L
Spending My Time
Church Of Your Heart
The Sweet Hello, The Sad Goodbye {I read somewhere this had a promo CD}
How Do You Do!
Queen Of Rain
Come Back (Before You Leave) {I read somewhere this was a double a-side with another band}
Fingertips ’93
Almost Unreal
Sleeping In My Car
Crash! Boom! Bang!

Disc 3: 1994-1999

Nice topic. I’ve made so many compilations. I also did a “singles collection” - but on 2 discs:

Dangerous (Single Version)
It Must Have Been Love
Joyride (Single Edit)
Fading Like A Flower (Every Time You Leave)
Spending My Time
The Big L.
Church Of Your Heart
How Do You Do!

Almost Unreal
Sleeping In My Car (Single Edit)
Crash! Boom! Bang! (Single Edit)
Fireworks (Single Edit)
Run To You
Vulnerable (Single Edit)
You Don’t Understand Me
June Afternoon
She Doesn’t Live Here Anymore
Wish I Could Fly (Radio Edit/Fade Out Version)
Anyone (Radio Edit)

Salvation (Single Edit)
The Centre Of The Heart
Real Sugar
Milk And Toast And Honey
A Thing About You

I’ll post more later...

Some years ago I did a compillation called “Roxette-Feelings” and as the title says, it was a compillation of the ballads and slow songs (It must have been love, Spending my time, Queen of rain and so on...). It has all the songs that make me feel a little bit sad and melancholic!! Jajaja. It’s funny it’s the cassette I normally hear to while I drive, lately! ;)
