Bets on 'See Me'

So what do you think, will there be a new version of ’See Me’ on the EP of ’The Ballad Hits’?
Or is it “just” the one from the ’Salvation’ single?

I think it’s gonna be a powerballad :) I’ve got the arrangement in my head :P

It will be a different version. This version was played here in Brazil, one month before MATAH release. And did well! Nice places on charts. It has electronic drums, a different bridge (kinda computer sounding) and it’s longer. It finishes with a keyboard and with that same sound effect as in ’I want you to know’, like if you were cleaning a glass, ya know? It has more life than the original version.

I hope it’s going to be the Salvation version which definitely was not a demo version. It was very beautifully arranged and perfect. I woyuld love to hear another version, why not but I couldn’t manage to get Salvation-single and due to this fact I want the same version.

Tinytim, are you referring to the “Dimitri Mix” of “See Me.” I downloaded this a while back - and although it’s very good, it’s a bootleg.

Well, I still have not that EP, but... who won??? Which version of see me did they use???
tinytim said on November 5, 2002 14:39:
No I haven’t. It was played in radios, a month before RS release. I guess that the Roxette fans sucked radios so much (BTW, Roxattaq was kinda stronger that time) so they decided to ask for something to EMI and they got it and played it.
And well, yes, Roxette songs are easy hit-makers here. People love’em from teenies to adults. Only the rock’n roll lovers disgust Roxette (like Ozzy Osbourne, Scorpions, Creed (Pearl Jam cover) and other ’heavier’ rock’n roll type fans.

Well.... NO ONE has listened yet to See Me version included in the EP???? I can’t believe :|!

Santi - somebody said it is the same as on Salvation. (I still haven’t listened to it (from the album, I mean), because the release date is 11.11.2002 here. anyway, we won’t get See Me as far as I know)

It’s the same version than in salvation single, and I think It’s the best song from the EP

Are you talking about the Dimitri remix? That’s a great remix with a synth drums etc.
Santi said on November 12, 2002 10:15:
Dunno, the MP3 just says remix. It was included in a bootleg called “A Japanese Disguise” :o
