UK: Different Single Release?

In 1995, EMI UK released “The Look ´95”, unlike all other countries which had “You Don´t Understand Me”. It has also been released a month later than “You Don´t Understand Me”.
Maybe they´re going to do anything like that again? Remix one of the big ballads and put it out as the “new single” instead of “A Thing About You”?

The UK had “You Don´t Understand Me”, but as the SECOND single of “Don´t Bore Us” (which was crazy since “The Look ´95” wasn´t included on the Greatest Hits album, but anyway). And that´s what I´m talking about.

As of October 3rd... EMI told TDR that the UK single release date was still not confirmed. Not sure whether there will be anything unique about it...

There probably won’t be anything unique about it, it will be a standard 2 cd set (might even only be 1) that won’t get any air play nor will it chart very highly as is the normality with Roxette releases in the UK.
Lets face it.....EMI have just paid Robbie Williams £80 Million so they’re hardly going to give Roxette much now are they.

Yeah, there really is no point whatsoever in any of the UK fans getting excited about any further UK releases of Roxette stuff. It just aint ever gonna happen properly here again.
I have a feeling it probably isn’t even going to get released.

I only know there´s a french promo CD, and of course two of the remixes have been featured as bonus tracks on the “She Doesn´t Live Here Anymore”-single in many countries.
Anything else I´ve missed?

Alchemiste is right, UK only, and the French promo is all there is. (Except for the European She Doesn’t Live Here Anymore CDS).
