Can you name an artist you hate?
Eminem (pathetic excuse of a freak) – He comes along with the same crap every album! Yet people are still buying it! There are too many bad things to mention about him, so I’ll just say this – What’s good about him?
Timbaland – I have Aaliyah’s last album. Almost all of the tracks are produced by him. I can’t stand that squeaky sound that he makes with his voice. Instead of using an actual drum machine or beats he goes into the vocal booth and makes this stupid sound with his voice. WHY? He completely soiled some of the best ballads on Aaliyah’s last album by doing that. He does it on every song he can. Even Mel B’s ‘Word Up’ has that stupid effect all over it.
TuPac – Will them idiots stop using his songs! He’s dead! I don’t want to hear his ugly voice over one more stupid song.
Linkin Park – Metal band aimed at 12 year old girls? No thanks!
Slip Knot – or as I like to refer to them… Lipsnot. What’s to like? Men in masks!
Britney/Christina… & all the other pop tarts… - Only in America would they do something this annoying. All the British pop teenagers release good pop music. But what’s good about bloody ‘Baby One More Time’ or ‘Genie In A Bottle’ or ‘Slave 4 U’? They dare to compare Britney to Madonna! Let’s compare! Madonna never used sex to sell her early material… only on ‘Justify My Love’ or ‘Erotica’ did she do it but that’s like 8/9 years into her career. The Playboy picture’s were taken before she got famous… in fact, she didn’t do a photo-shoot for playboy. On her very early days (in 1978) she did nude modelling for a local college (the students got their money’s worth!) and someone sent them to playboy at around the time of True Blue. But Britney was using sex in her first video. How pathetic… And when Madonna did use it – she always sent out something tasteful in between (This Used To Be My Playground was released in-between The Immaculate Collection & Erotica) but Britney just uses it all the time. She’s crap as an artist. Britney wrote about 6 songs for her whole career that were all crap songs aimed at 7 year old girls while on Madonna’s first 3 albums she wrote 21 in total… some of the best pop songs in history… Enough said! Don’t even get me started on Christina!
In fact, I hate almost every American/Canadian person/band…
The only good people to come out of America/Canadian in the past 20 years are…

Garbage
Nelly Furtado
Shea Seger

for me, absolutely brittany smears is leading in the list of worst artists .....I’m not a fan of depeche mode, but i like their song “freelove”...i hate george michael’s attitude for some reasons....all in all, the girlsbands & boysbands are the worst in my opinion - taking into account different aspects.
there are lots of great musicians from the usa & canada, however they’re not as popular as brittany smears & the world can’t notice them cos her breasts successfully cover everything beautiful.... the list of american & canadian musicians can’t be created without such people as my hero - Bruce Springsteen, all fantastic musicians from the E Street Band, everlasting Elvis Presley, wonderful Roy Orbison, amazing Bob Dylan, mystic Leonard Cohen, great Joe Grushecky, Tom Waits, Lionel Richie, or Tom Petty.....

From time to time, when they release an album, I wonder why are they still making music. I mean, at least here, all of their albums turn to be a huge flop, cause no-one is buying their records anymore. But they just never give up. They have courage, yea...
Anyway, I know “You’re My Heart, You’re My Soul” used to be a hit single back in the 80s, although it caused me serious pain even back then when it was played on the radio.
So, MT fans, please thell me: what makes you enjoy that comes from Thomas anders and Diether Bohlen (or how they spell their name)? This is not meant to bug anyone who likes Modern Talking (haaa-haaa ;-)), just a question.

Everyday you hear stupid storries about Dieter Bohlen on TV,Newspapers ect.It is allways the same scandles about his ex girlfriends,sexaffairs ect. And some girls try to become famous through a scandle with him.They never reported about theire music, when a new CD is out they do, but rest of the year only stupid storries. I’m forced to listen to Radio 1 at work sometimes....it disturbs me...infact it angers me.....so i throw things at the radio until it gets turned off ;)
Anyway......another load of pants to add to my other list is Sophie Ellis Baxter......sings the same songs all the time just the words have changed and she sings in that same tone....sounds as if she’s singing out of her nose ;P

He’s Will Smith. He’s good as an actor, I mean, don’t have any problems with him while he is in a film, but when he’s trying to make songs, he’s awful!
All his songs begin like ’ah-ah-ah...yea yea yea...ah-ah-ah... come on... ah-ah-ah...yea,yea’ (and what’s worse, they all continue the same way...). I’ve once heard his new song for MIB II. Gee, that’s exactly the same as all his previous songs. I mean, it’s one thing that I hate rap, but come on, why can’t he make just a slight difference between his songs? Only the lyrics are a little bit different, sometimes the backing “rhythm” (if I can use this word here) is changing, but the lyrics of any of his songs could be easily inserted to all his songs, and you wouldn’t know the difference.
WILL SMITH SUCKS GREAT!

By the way, I really don’t like him and his music either...
But he makes a lot of money producing that stuff... well, that’s all that counts for him, I believe! Don’t know why that many people buy his music... he’s a racist, a real damn racist!
I love listening to a sort of “happy music” - not only Roxette, but also Savage Garden (which sadly doesn’t exist, anymore...).

I can’t say that I don’t like american artists, but it seems that most of artists that I dislike come from America. In fact I hate everything like r’n’b, rap, hip hop, stuff like Britney or Christina, Destiny Child, Will Smith etc. I also don’t like some german artists like No Angels.
But I have to add two good artists to your american/canadian list. They are both Canadian and I love them both very much. They are Bryan Adams and Celine Dion.

Canadian music in in general, good. They have a couple of nu-metal or rock bands, like Nickelback or Sum 41, which are superb.
