***Best Song Of 2001***

I think the best song of 2001 is “The Centre Of The Heart”.Although people think different and choose
Fallin (Alicia Keys) or I’m Real (Jenifer Lopez).I really can’t understand the reason of these ridiculous choices.
However,
I hope Roxette realeses a new album or at least some new songs in 2002 for us to choose them as the best songs of the year.

Falling is a great song.... If you listened to her album, you will find different music styles not typical for her age..I deeply respect her, she’s writting her songs, she has a great voice and is creating something different..way to go girl!

Woman’s Worth is so much better than Fallin’, isn’t it!
We’ve almost passed the half of 2002 and then this question pops...But, yea, TCOTH ruled last year.

Oh, easy one... “The Centre of the Heart,” of course... I still listen to it almost every day!

A.Keys “fallin” and “womans worth” worths as much as a bunch of bollocks ahahahhaa!!

TCOTH on the other hand rocks!

what’s your problem with Alecia Keys?

and vaxjoe: the woman at the fbi is funny!

It Takes You No Time To Get Here- Roxette

well personally i dont like alicia keys for 2 reasons.
1.) for an artists that is just following a treand in music caled neo-soul, she didn’t deserve the grammy for album of the year. 1 radio single, it only sold 2 million at that point. LInkin park on the other hand sold like 4 million and had 4 top 20 singls 2 went to #1.
2.) in an interview she did regarding partiotism she said about the american flag no offense but shes a what 8th generation african american who knew nothing of slavery or hardship...shes a child with minor talent

oh and as annoying as it was enrique iglasias’s hero was the top song of 2001..it would have gotten no attention if sept 11th never happened

@stillfar:i just strongly deslike a.keys and all that bunch of artists who insist to fill us with that new-soul-rnb mumbo jumbo

and what fbi woman are u talking about?

i agree that if it wasnt the 9/11 events she wouldnt have that success

and really...shes just big in usa..i dont think europe cares that much bout that artist or the kind of music she represents

@coyboy: i agree about linkin park! they re good they rock they re powerful and real! they deserved the bloody grammy...but who cares? we can make our choice and listen to them no matter if they ever get an award...the real award for them is the hysteria and the fans they got ;)

coyboy: I see lies on the the american flag...

we don’t have to go back to slavery to be confronted with a loooot of discrimination issues in the states! btw, part of democracy is freedom of speech, but for you guys that only applies when the opinions expressed, support...forget it!

Enrique’s ’Hero’, the song was popular in many countries. I’m pretty sure most people never thought of a connection between Sept 11 and the song. Which makes me think of Larry King, who asked Celine Dion for the meaning of ’A new day has come’, an was answered by, ’well you know my son, change in life, blablabla’. Larry asked if it also applied to the wounds of September 11th...Celine, a bit surprised...’well....yes, too...’

@still far:i ask for the 2nd time:what fbi woman were u referring at?

the joke u were sending me the other day!
Good one!

Roxette: Definitely Real sugar and TCOTH
Other artists: Bohemian like you from the dandy warhols, TCOTH and real sugar!
JAAP

I vote for TCOTH too.Really a great song.
