I think it really breaks down to promotion overall - both from Roxette and the record company.
It depends if Roxette are willing to promote their music. But if it’s not that important to them, then they will probably sell less.
And of course, with promotion, comes single releases. I, of course, would release more singles from the albums. Take “Room Service.” Only 3 singles! There were a few other great singles from that album. But their releases probably depended on whether Per and Marie wanted to really promote and push another song and video.

in my opinion:
roxette should wait with a new album and be a little bit more creative, try new technologies in the studio and don’t forget the crashing and warm guitars and real drums...
maybe they should change the producers. not only one producer should make a full album with 12 or 14 songs. working together with djs and rockproducers would give a very special song-mix on an album, don’t you think? but clarence should always be there! of course.
another 2 gh-album? oh no. they already have one (two) gh-album(s). why can’t they wait untill they have 13 new songs and release them on a NEW record? hmm?
