If most fans disliked what Per dislikes, the most-hated songs would be Fireworks, I Remember You, 7 twenty7... anyway VFAH sounds so dated and it has a strange melody, arrangment, just everything... there are other songs from Look Sharp that sound dated (Paitn, Sleeping Single, Dance Away), but I think they’re quite good

I like “View From A Hill”, I like the voices and the drums, I like Per’s part in the song, and I never skipped that song while listening to “Look Sharp”.
On the other side, I hate “Half A Woman, Half A Shadow”, “Dance Away” and “Cry”, which are the worst ones off the album.

I quite like it. It sounds VERY 80’s production-wise, but it was recorded in the 80s so nothing wrong with that. To be honest, it is probably quite a mediocre song, but like so many of Roxette’s mediocre songs, it becomes a good song thanks to marie’s great vocals on the track

Now, that song is interesting. It’s very weird and messy, and at the same time it ROCKS. I have to be in the mood to really enjoy that song. I kinda like the lyrics and when I’m in the mood, it’s the perfect “clubbing/disco” beat!! And the way Marie screams the lyrics is just great.

@WICF - you really dislike “Fireworks”??? And I was thinking it’s one of the BEST Roxette songs ever made. LOL

Actually, I think View From A Hill is one of the greatest Roxette songs: very danceable, cool drums, funky sax, fat bass... It just gives me that sweet eighties nostalgia feeling and it perfectly fits on the everlasting Look Sharp!

...and the style is a bit strange. But i wouldn’t say i dislike it, but its one of my most skipped ones ;-)
