Quest to find the best Roxette album EVER!

Following on from last years Quest to find the best Roxette song ever, here is the album version!

After a few people spoiling last years voting, I will only accept votes sent through to me on either a private message through TDR or an email (the address is on my profile). This topic is locked for this reason. Do not fear though, the answers given at the end of the Quest will be totally honest and will not be false in anyway.

Okay, down to business! I have split the albums into 3 groups: EarlyRox/MidRox/RecentRox

You can vote for your favourite album in each group (only one album from each group though please) PLUS your overall favourite album. So, I’m looking for 4 votes from each person.

The groups are:

EarlyRox:
Pearls of Passion
Dance Passion
Look Sharp!
Joyride
Tourism

MidRox:
Crash! Boom! Bang!
Rarities
Don’t Bore Us – Get To The Chorus
Balades En Espanol
Have A Nice Day

RecentRox:
Don’t Bore Us – Get To The Chorus – USA edition
Room Service
The Ballad Hits
The Pop Hits
Roxette Hits!

The question is also open: What album do you prefer? CBB! or Joyride? I like both, but I would choose Joyride as the most complete album to represent Rox sound.

I think this poll was not fair at all. HAND had to figh against another original (and strong) album like Crash! Boom! Bang!. On the other hand, the things were easier for RS, as it had not very strong competitors (3 GH volumes). That’s why it won. I think HAND could have beaten RS by a landslide, if they were in the same category.

I agree that it was too easy for RS and too hard for HAND to win in its category. But that did not influence the overall score: people could choose any album there, despite of its category. So at least the last part of the poll was fair! Not that I agree with the outcome though, but that’s only a matter of taste...

Thanks for the poll. Great to see what all the other Roxette fans think and their preferences are.
At least we can all agree even if the results are not what we personally voted for, is that We all love Roxette and that they have brought joy into our lives in one way or another.
