Demos and date/year of recording

Hi. I try to get a complete overview of Roxette demos in ITunes. In this matter I need help regarding some demos. To be more specific; does anyone know when these songs where recorded (date/year):
- Silver Blue [Demo Version]
- Sleeping Single [Demo Version]
- Dancing On The Nightwire [Demo]
- Drowning In You [Demo]
- From Head To Toe [Demo]
- I’m Under Your Magic Spell [Demo]
- Reaching High [Demo]
- Shadow of a doubt [Demo]
- You Turn Me On [Demo]
- The Voice [Demo]

I would be thankful for any help.

I don’t know any dates, but 1987 is the year. I always thought that they were the original songs written for what was going to become Look Sharp! but were disguarded once Per wrote The Look. The whole album was started again from then (except obviously Shadow Of A Doubt, Sleeping Single, Silver Blue and The Voice)

so wot i want to know is who leaked those shitty from head to toe, drowning in you ect.? some dude at emi? i first came upon them with the superswedes bootleg. and always wonder where they came from. i mean they would be good if they were mastered but i think its more the quality that makest them shitty for me

Someone stole some tapes from T&A is the story.

Thanks for the reply. I just found out that I could check out the book “At vara Per Gessle”. In the book there are mentioned that 17 demos where made during 87 and that Silver blue, Sleeping single and Never is a long time are among these. So I guess that the rest of the songs that I asked about also are recorded in 87 as pwbbounce says. Some other Look Sharp out-takes are mentioned book. These are: Love Spins, Rocket, From head to toe and Boom boom. I also assume these songs to be among the 17 demos that where recorded in 87.

If Thomas says that these songs where stolen from T&A then I guess that’s right. He takes rarely wrong in these matters :-) But some of these songs where given to other artists and maybe that could be another source to the leak.

The story stolen tapes would make me interested ...
