En Händig Man-Bonustracks

Hello!
I would like to know where to get the bonustracks of the “En Händig Man”-Album (except the 4-Track “En händig EP”).
I think there are
- Ett perfekt ägg
- En händig man (blaser)
- En händig man (demo)
- ??? More tracks that I missed???
But it seems that they are (except for the demo) available nowhere in the net. And as far as I know there have never been CD-Versions of it (which I would prefer). Does anyone have an idea where I can get these tracks (in most possible audio-quality and in a shop that accepts customers from Germany and has an easy way to pay it)?

CDON has the bonus track “Ett perfekt ägg”. iTunes has both “Ett perfekt ägg” and “En händig man (demo)”. “En händig man (blåser) is available on Telia.
