DBUGTTC - source of this title?

I have a one question about the title “Don‘t bore us - get to the chorus”. Does somebody know where did Per take it from? Yesterday I finally watched “Runnin‘ down a dream” - 4-hours long film about Petty‘s career (great film, btw). And in one moment Mike Campbell said sth like “we have our “slang” in the band, it‘s “don‘t bore us - get to the chorus”. It‘s really hard to say when this interview was recorded, i guess it was after releasing DBUGGTC, but I suspect that this title was taken, cos Per heard/read it somewhere from Tom or another Heartbreaker. Did anyone read sth about this Rox-title?

Herbie Herbert is a promoter from San Francisco (I think) and a former manager of the rock group Journey, their biggest hit was Don’t Stop Believing. He was the one who brought at that time Europe and Roxette to the States.
He was also the manager of the band Mr. Big.

Per once said DBUGTTC was a slogan from the Brill Building in New York where songwriters used to sit down and write songs all day long. Many of these songs became hits.
Here you see a photo of the building:

And Rox used that phrase already on the side strip of the Joyride album...

I had the other question in my head: Why did Roxette use Don’t Bore Us - Get To The Chorus! as the album title and on Joyride album, as Sascha noticed. Is there any connection?

In the DBU-GTTC booklet P & M thank Herbie Herbet for his wit and wisdom ie the album title. I have no idea who Herbie Herbet is though!
