Pick up tickets at the concerts?

Hello,

I want to ask the people that already went to any of the En Händing Man Tour concerts if they could pick up the tickets they bought on ticnet.se on the venue the same day of the concert.

We are some foreign fans going to some concerts, and one of us bought the ticket with the “pick up” option. The problem is that Malmö’s concert is on Sunday and we arrive late on Saturday, so theorically the ticnet outlets are closed.

My friend already contacted ticnet about this issue, and they said that it could be possible to pick up the tickets on the outlets the same day of the concerts, but they are supposed to be closed on Sunday!! we guess they made a mistake and thought the concert was another day of the week. We do not get more answers from ticnet...

hello, I am also thinking of buying the tickets from ticnet and I will arrive on sunday morning to malmo. I still don’t know how to do it... please let me know if you find out something or if it is possible to buy the tickets just before the concert..? I come from Romania so it’s a long way to go :)

The only information I can offer is that you can pick up your tickets from ATG agents in Sweden, many of which are located in little shops that are open till late at night 11pm etc… I should also imagine these places are open early Sunday mornings as they sell newspapers etc….

The link below should take you to both ATG agents and Ticnet outlets…

I also think your friend can take ticket from ATG,cos we buy ours for Stockhom concert in 2003 from ATG(you were there too :-))) ...
You can take it from any town in Sweden if i remember well ..

... but did he choose that option

At the time of booking, you select the method of delivery (e.g. ATG or Ticnet outlets). Please note that the rules may differ from event to event. Your booking confirmation will indicate where the tickets can be picked up. Please note that many ATG outlets do not accept any credit or debts cards.

We arrive late on Friday in Halmstad ...
And around dinner-time on 5 agust in Malmo..
If we can help you someway –write me [email protected]

cdamoc –the easest way is (if you have some kind of credit or debit card ) to buy PDF ticket from ticnet and print it at home..
We buy ours such way and as long as i understood –there no probs with such tickets and they check them in the entrance very fast!!

Thank you for your help, but to pick up your tickets in a ATG outlet you can only pay transfering money from a Swedish account, and my friend payed with a credit card...

Ticnet changed the page. Before picking up the tickets was a single option including picking them up at the venue, ticnet outlets and maybe at ATG outlets.

This was the exact text:

Picking up tickets from outlet

ATG and Ticnet outlets and the venue.

The text was not very clear and said that the tickets could be picked up at the venue, but then when you would pay you would get a message saying that it is not possible to pick them at the venue!!

So two more questions:

Could anybody pay with card and pick up the tickets in an ATG outlet?

Are they even selling tickets at the venue?

I’ve ask fan from Russia who was in Halmstad and he said that they were selling tickets at the venue (in caravan:-)).

Let’s see if we can pick up the ticket there, because maybe they need some connection to some system for checking all the data they need to give the reserved tickets... anyway it is good to know that even if my friend cannot pick up her ticket, she could buy a new one (since there are still some available).

Just a last question to the people going to the concert today or tomorrow, it would be great, if you could go to the caravan and ask if it is possible to pick up reserved tickets there :))))

I picked up tickets at an ATG agent back in 2003 and I had not even paid, I paid at the ATG in cash.... mind you things may have changed...

I’d be wary of the caravan in case it is housing ticket touts!

I guess the caravan is an official one, just the same as in GT25 tour.

The point is that ATG outlets probably do not have access to the data of the reservations payed by credit card, therefore probably she cannot pick up the ticket there. Anyway we could try first in an ATG, and if it does not work, at the concert.

Another question :DD is it possible to buy tickets at ATG outlets without making a reservation first at ticnet.se?

EMIL_BG, thank you so much, i didn’t know that there is an option for online tickets there. I’ll buy that option, for sure.

Soooo, I’ll be in copenhagen and then on 5th I come to malmo for the concert, but as I am alone, it would be great to join my heighbors from Bulgaria!!! So? :)

I hope that you don’t mind that I also place my question about the ticket here. It’s about the electronic ticket that I got from Ticnet. I have printed the whole A4 format paper (ticket) I received by e-mail from Ticnet. But that paper contains also some info about the contest, promotion and stuff. So my question is: do I have to take all this paper to the venue or I need to cut the “ticket” out of it?

The moon is alright

I’d bring the whole page.

What happens is that someone takes a scanner and scans in the loooong number that is on the paper (on top and down on the right). After the beep you have access. :)

@roxgirl_germany: thank you for the info. Yes, I’ve just checked that page, and it really has two long numbers.

The moon is alright

Good information to know as knowing me I would have cut the ticket out! lol
