Crash! Boom! Live! VHS Cover!!

Hey guys...I bet most of you have the original VHS of “Crash!Boom!Live! - the Johannesburg concert”,
well, I bought one here in South Africa from the SABC, so it’s original!!

I need the VHS cover - a scan - if someone is willing to help me so I can make myself a cover.
I need a 300 dpi scan of the cover.
