I was just thinking about Roxette´s next single. As it looks now it seems to be “STUPID”.

Some days or weeks ago we had a discussion in the roxette-mailing-list about releasing “FOOL” as a single. And I´m wondering if we could have both:
What do you thinking about realsing a double-a-side-single (STUPID / FOOL)???

I think it´s a great idea. Roxette never done this before and other artists like Robbie Williams have success with doing this nowadays, too!!!

Hope we´ll have a stupid and foolish 2002 ;-)))

I believe “Stupid” is a ten time better song than “Fool”.. so I’d like to see a Stupid-single with a b-side we haven’t heard eyet..something new or unreleased.

I think Stupid will only be released as a single when the movie gets promotion by a big company.

By the way, Stupid and Fool wouldn’t fit together, not a good contrast. But both songs are great!

It’s too early to say anything. It may not even be a single in the US...for Europe that’s another story. They still have to have a record deal in the US if they’re going to be on the soundtrack and if there is even a soundtrack...but I may be wrong....

We still don’t know much...all we know is that the song will be in a movie and nothing more. We’ll se what happens.
