I will say it easy, there are a looots of songtitles very similars to some roxette songs or Per-acording to world-songs. of course first it was the others artists songs than Per’s. 1, 2, 3, 4, let’s start ( if you know more add it)

cinnamon girl-Lou Reed/Cinnamon street
Here comes the sun again-Eurythmics/here comes the weekend
Kicks-Lou Reed/ kix
Staring at the sun-U2/staring at the ground
and some more that now I can’t remember.
ahh! and yes, there is a song from the 60’s very-very-very similars to Anyone
But.. who cares, we love you Per!!!!!!!...

“Staring At The Sun” from U2 is from their album “All That You Can’t Leave Behind”, wich was released in 2000; while “Staring At The Sun” is from Roxette’s 1999 album, “Have A Nice Day”.

BTW: Shakira’s new album is called “Laundry Service”, sounds familiar??

there’s something strange..... both songs have the same guitar effect and arrangement....... so i think Per was directly inspired in that song....

Gessle said in an interview once, that when they did the sleeve for “Pearls Of Passion” they found out that 10 of the 12 songtitels already existed. That says alot about this.

And what about the Bon Jovi last album “Have a nice day”.
Coincidence? maybe.
The truth is out there.
I don´t know but if i would make an album first i would check if the name is already existing, at least in the last years, wouldn´t you?
There are a lot of songs with the same title, but i think it´s only chance.
