New Album

Has someone got news about the next album coming this year 2002 ????

yes, it will be a heavy metal album. Per is doing some kind of satanic acts in the next album. Marie is working with Judas Priest on one song. I’m sure it will be cool.

lol ;o) Would be fun to hear...

No doubt it´s gonna be cool.... i saw the cover art..... belive me, leather looks nice ...

No, not a metal record! *g*
Alan Wilder, Martin L. Gore and Lenny Kravitz are going to produce it.

(which would be cool if it really happened I think).

yeaahh! really funny Edu. maybe Marie & Per should collaborate with Blink 182 and Sum 41, hahaha, i think we will still missing crashing guitars. I hate the sound of nu-metal guitars, they sounds like without power, real Rox power.
flyiiiiiiiiing hiiiiiigh, riders in the skyyyyyyyyyyy, nananana

Oh yes, and I heard that it will have to be played backwards ;-))))))))))))

Does anybody know where I can see the cover?

@sportsfan: this would just be fantastic! But....what would Per do??? Sing? Yes, he would definitly sing more *hold that thought*...nice. And thank god, Marie is nearly 10 years older than Kravitz..else there would be chases around the studio.....and someone with a hungarian temprament would not love this....

*gggg* What did I smoke today???

@bluesue *ggg* But who is the one who chases around? Marie oder Lenny? Lenny isn’t really a bad-looking guy *envy*, so there would be a possibility of Marie going nuts... :O *ggg*

Anyway, musically I think it could be really interesting. BUt then again, the record would go in too many different directions: Alan Wilder and Martin Gore both being into highbrow electronic music, Lenny into rock. Quite a pity, though. *g*

@sportsfan: i think this is a good question..hm, judging MF, she is faithful...it would be Lenny..havin’ a history of, err...let’s say get close to females he writes music for..hehe

They could though record 3 albums...2003 with Lenny and 2004 with the DM-guys...and in 2005 with Björn and Benny (but MF should not grow her hair like Agnetha...)

Haha :)
But I can’t imagine, that Alan Wilder, Martin L. Gore and Lennie Kravitz would produce an album together - it would sound pretty weird. Try to mix “Can’t get you off my mind” and “Never let me down again”, finished up with some screams like you can hear in some songs of RECOIL *grin*
No no, would be too psychedelic :)

@bluesue
And after recording with Lennie, DM-guys, Björn and Benny, they will do some Björk-Kate Bush-stuff!

@Netafari: *makingadistgustinggesturebyputtingmymiddlefingerinmymouth* I really hate Kate Bush and Björk-Music......yikes. But strangely the persons do seem very nice instead. I can’t stand someone howling and pretend it’s singing....ack. But so tastes doo differ....*ggg*

@nefatari: *gg* Well, good point there, though I cannot agree that ’Never let me...’ is typical of the way Martin likes to produce songs (if you listen to Ultra and Exciter). Anyway :).
However, in some ways they would probably release a LP called “Hits of Faith and Devotion” *gg* only that we need Marie getting involved heavily with grunge and drugs, Per and Alan fighting fiercely and violently because they disagree about sounds, and Martin looking dreamily and thoughtful because of all the evil in this world only to turn into some sort of party machine at night when he has some drinks with Lenny (heavily outmatching him, of course *ggg*) and to find himself lying next to Marie Dimberg the next morning (without remembering anything)... — to make that happen (gosh, what a sentence...). Having spend an awful lot of money because of using these cutting-edge-producers, they need to go on tour for at least 16 months...

Sounds familiar, doesn’t it? *g*

Sorry, Rox-Fans, for this.

Thx God that Per and Marie are not into drugs (like Dave Gahan was) and alcohol (like Mart Gore still is) !!!
