I’m on my last few days in Europe after what can only be described as the best holiday ever.
I’ve experienced so much, I’ll never forget getting lost in Munich before the 1st concert, only to be ’rescued’ by following somebody with an old Roxette t-shirt on.
Also stepping out into Moscow for the first time was a real eye opener for me, such a different city and life compared to what I am used to, and cold!
And of course how could I forget Sweden the place where I seen my last (I hope I’m wrong) Roxette concerts and my first ever white Christmas.
Also I will not forget the many people who I met, some from TDR, others who were locals, and people who were just holidaying.
I must thank the people of Europe (except the guy who tried to nick my camera!) for being so accomodating and helpful (especially as I can only speak English and limited Italian) and makeing my tour run smooth.
But all good things must come to an end (like my credit limit!!!!!!), so I shall return home on Saturday January 5 to Australia (which I hear is on fire again!) and my normal diet of working, go-karting and drinking with my mates.
Thanks and goodbye to Europe, although hopefully I will return.

it gets expensive at even 30 dollars a night.
a girl I met said I could stay at her place but then she pulled out
some tin foil and started smoking heroin so I thought NOT and jammed.

at Viena we sleep in very nice hostel for students travels and it cost for 4 bed room-27 DM per person, and i think ~ 40 DM for single room..

Ok I’m finally back home, jet lagged (26 hours is an F#$#ing long time on a plane) to the max and enjoying the warm weather that is an Aussie summer!
I stayed mainly in hostels, the occasional motel (like in Moscow where I just felt safer!) or with the occasional girl that I managed to pick up!!!!
The guy who tried to knock off my camera in Berlin almost recieved a broken arm - he was lucky he let go of the camera first!
Must say can’t remeber how much most things cost (a lot to do with drinking that!), but I’m sure I’ll find out when the statement for my Visa card arives, I reckon there’ll be at least A$10,000 on it!!
Anyway here’s to the next Roxette tour (please include Oz!), and now this Genius Gone Wrong must go out and catch up with his mates over a few (hundred) drinks.

Let’s just say I’m pretty sure I got aquainted with at least half the women in Europe in the 18 - 28 age bracket!!
As soon as I get my photo’s developed (48 films, might take a while!!), I might see if I can post a few of them on a site.

Yeah! That’s so cool! I really regret not having my Dad’s camera with me while at the after party in Karlstad. One of these Swedish chicks that I met took off her clothes in the bathroom while everyone was standing outside the door...including the band...oooh...and her sisters liked me too...hehehe...I was actually trying to get all of them at the same time!

In the interests of keeping it clean in TDR, I wont go into too much detail, suffice to say that I got see plenty such acts take place all over the place, not just in bathrooms, but once on a podium, in corners, the entrance to a club! The best would have been a 3 girl streak about 2 weeks ago in the snow (they lost the game of strip poker we were playing).
Unfortunately I missed Karlstad, I was taking sometime off to slow down for a couple of days in Helsinki (actually her name was Sasha, but that’s yet another story!) before hitting Stockholm and Goteburg.
Anyway feel free to e-mail me, most of the stories are not really appropriate for here.
