Do you know wether Roxette ever sang “I’ll stand by you” asa a soundtrack for Sense and Sensibility ?

Its got key changes and production kinda sorta in the Roxette ballad vein. I can see how a connection can be made. Marie’s got a better voice though. I’d actually love to hear her take that song on.

Actually this site, Vagalume.com.br is a brazilian site. And it´s like wikipedia, everyone can upload what they want... so we cannot take it very serious. This mistake comes from Napter/Kazaa ages, when someone shared this song like it was from Roxette, and then the file was spread around and now many people think this song actually is from Roxette. The same happened to “Take my breath away”, from Berlin. Weird!

A couple years ago I was visiting with some friends and one of them insisted that Berlin song was by Roxette. Knowing Roxette, I was able to say “no, its not”, but I really had no idea who performed it. I had to call another friend who’s tapped into pop music alot, to settle it. That one sounds a bit more like Marie than Chrissy Hynde I think.
