I just got my Hits cd from cd-wow and noticed it’s in hdcd (according to media player), also it says made in Philippines not for resale in EU.... is the EU version in hdcd?

Yep the EU one is a HDCD too ! Funny that CDWOW have EU limited Roxette Hits! but non-EU editions of the standard Hits! Cd.
