Hi roxers,

Can someone please tell me if there´s an official limited edition of this album, including the songs: The Look, LTYH, IMHBL, Joyride, SIMC, CBB, JA & Dangerous ? I´ve heard some time ago about it, but I don´t remember it was just a rumour, or if it was original or a bootleg. Hope to hear from you!

Grasi, I saw it before, it is just a bootleg (I guess made in China). By the way, the Japanese issue included the extended version of “Entering My Heart”. But that release is totally official.

There’s also a bootleg with three other bonus tracks: Entering you heart (don’t know whether short or long version), TCOTH Remix and a RS Megamix by DJ Clay (or s.o. like that) - at least a little bit more creative and makes more sense than just adding some old hits ;-)

Besides the Japanese issue with Entering your Heart (Extended verions) there is only ONE official Room Service Limited Edition available - and that would be the South African issue as T mentioned! *and NO I don’t have any available for swapping*

4. Milk And Toast And Honey (Active Dance Remix) (3:48) is not included on any other official release. That´s included on Hidding Rooms 13-Track CD (Bootleg) but I´m very sure that this version is 3:49 minutes long as the version on Milk And Toast And Honey Swedish 1-Track promotion CD-Single (1500 copies made), Milk And Toast And Honey Dutch promotion 12-Single with the company and the catalog number Roxette Recordings/PRO 4296, Milk And Toast And Honey dutch 2-Track promotion CD-Single, Milk And Toast And Honey dutch 5-Track CD-Maxi, Milk And Toast And Honey U.K. 2-Track promotion CD-Single, Milk And Toast And Honey U.K. 4-Track CD-Maxi and Milk And Toast And Honey Australian 4-Track CD-Maxi so that´s not the same version.

5. It Will Take A Long Long Time (Modern Rock Version) (4:04) isn´t the same version as the one on Real Sugar dutch 2-Track CD-Single and Real Sugar 4-Track CD-Maxi because that one is 4:06 minutes. It´s included on Hidding Rooms 13-Track CD (Bootleg) but I´m very sure that this version is 4:06 minutes so if so that´s not the same version.

6. Entering Your Heart (3:59) is the same version that´s the one included on The Centre Of The Heart dutch 2-Track CD-Single with matt sleeve, The Centre Of The Heart dutch 2-Track CD-Single with glossy sleeve, The Centre Of The Heart dutch 2-Track CD-Maxi with matt sleeve and The Centre Of The Heart australian 2-Track CD-Single with matt sleeve. That´s included on Room Service + 3 Bonus Songs CD (Bootleg) but I don´t know if it´s the version that´s 3:59 minutes or if it´s the one that´s 4:34 minutes that´s included on Room Service Japan CD and Room Service Japan promotion CD.

7. The Centre Of The Heart (Video Clip) (3:27) is included on The Ballad Hits & The Pop Hits DVD. I´m very sure that The Centre Of The Heart (Video Clip) is included on Thousand Movies 2001 CD (Bootleg) and very sure that that´s the same version that´s 3:27 Minutes.

The South Africian Room Service 2-CD is rare.

Thanks for the tracklist, but I think the 7:48/7:49 or 3:48/3:49 doesn’t differ from each other. Sometimes my CD player says something different as it is written on the cd-sleeve or it’s just one second more silence at the end or s.th. like that - if the title is the same, the track will also be the same (just my two cents).

Earth, one second shorter/longer doesn’t mean IT’S NOT the same version! In fact, they all are the versions you can find on the normal CD singles. No rare stuff at all. One or two seconds are not that important.

All those bootlegs look horrible and cheap in my opinion. I would never spend a cent in a bootleg. I only have one, Dance Passion, because that record was never available on CD officially.

As long as I know, Taiwanese issues are, in fact, the normal european edition repackaged with an OBI strip.

I have to say, I do not agree with the comments made that all the bonus tracks bootlegs proof that the 12-track album was too short.

Am I the only one that thought that Room Service was a perfect album, as good as Joyride? The songs were superb and the length was just right. It was just a perfect album in my opinion. Those bonus tracks just destroy the feeling of the album.. dont you think?

Ebay - Most albums aren’t 1hr 20 minutes so, yeah, Room Serice was not too short ! Look at Pearls of Passion -the first album- with all the extra tracks they could squeeze onto the disc - if albums took up the 80minutes capacity then they would take far too long to be finished with about 19 songs on each album !

Of course not every CD should use the full capability of 80 minutes, but 12 tracks with about 40 minutes are way to short - some tracks more like on CBB or HAND would have been nice (at least only if the aren’t crap*g*)
Old CDs which were first only released on LP (every release up to the late 80’s) all have just 9-12 tracks, but that’s caused in the capability of an LP - so PoP’s-Tracklist is no real argument, because at that time it was basically not there decision how much to put on a record, of course a little bit more would also have fit on the record, but ’then’ it was also usual not to use the full capability ;-)

BTW Tourism was a double LP, but a single CD and wasn’t some some songs from joyride left out for the LP-release? (at least ” I remeber you” - or do I mix it up wtith the american release?)
