That are the most stupid people i have ever had on the phone! I had to explain them the solution of the problem in the end ,while they are payed for giving solutions (and not for answering: Oh, that’s a great solution you give us, we never thought of that!)
Still, i agree with Shannyn77, if possible try to be a bit polite.

Uh for the record - I am not a ’little turd’ who wishes to trash anyone - just have noticed Tev’s rudeness on more than one occasion and decided to leave what I believed to be a fair comment - if others commented after me - to each their own.
I’m sure Tev is a great guy honestly, but this a forum, I am not bashing on anybody - the comment ’if you don’t like it, tough’ was inappropriate, it’s that simple.
