Just checked, the STARS 12” has the same tracks as the Remix CD.
There’s also a Look 95 DJ 12” But it has no different tracks, [in fact it only has 3].

Not that we know of, it was a DJ 12”, so it’s unlikey, but not impossible. There is also no known Cd version of the WICF DUB Remix on the WICF UK DJ 12”.
