@Roxrider_USA do you think SOAP is a little too European or do you think it could do well in the US?

European release seems to be in progress.
And, the 1 million dollar question. Will SOAP see the light in the US? Was there enough interest for it when Per came here a couple of months ago?
It would be kind of unique to have a SOAP release in the US, if there was interest, almost at the time for Roxette’s possible US spring release of a new compilation.
Take care!
SOAP on!

They would have to stick to the a few of the annouced singles; namely ILILT, Jo-Anna Says and SFTRD.
Otherwise, on radio stations that play mature songs would most of the other songs besdies the 3 ones named above.
I really hope it gets released here, though. :-)
Take care!
SOAP on!

I don’t understand why it has to take an other 3 months to release it for the rest of europe.
It was already released in November in Sweden.
Anyway, I already have the album (even though I live in The Netherlands; no way I am waiting for an official release here: If it is possible to get it via internet faster [and that is possible via the official SOAP-website] I will do it the quick way).

Per said that they are wondering which song release as a european single... maybe they want to test HMD and ILILT in Sweden first...

on the front page you can read that the single is out in some european countries but in which????
does someone knw whether it is in germany?

The C’mon/Joanna single is available for download at iTunes Europe since the swedish release in November. That’s no sign of a coming european lead single!

So, “Hey Mr. DJ” is the second single in Sweden... not too sure how I feel about that, the song’s pretty but I can’t imagine it will get played alongside Madonna and all those pop idol singles... hmmm...
The b-side sounds cool though! Can’t say that I’ve ever heard of another artist releasing awkward studio moments as an 8-minute b-side!!
