Still regarding the cutting of WMV files, what about the WMV files editor util, which comes with Windows Media Encoder? I’ve just tried this application, also to cut a web stream download, and apparently the video isn’t reencoded?... (Or at least there’s no request for no output settings, and the resulting video just comes out encoded with the very same parameters as the original one...)

@ kibkalo: If you happen to read here again, could you please let me know how I could please contact you? (It’s about something else, but since you’ve posted on this thread, I thought I’d ask here.) I’ve tried to the e-mail address in your profile, but with no result...
