does Per get all our questions?
Eloy said on December 5, 2005 03:33:
Well, personally I sent 3 questions to Per and I never got an answer. ok, I can understand and that is because he is a super pop star and his times must be limited.
BUT I wonder why some persons get so many answers. Very strange thing and a bit unfair, I think. A friend of mine got 6 answers!.
Someone told me that the questions are chosen by the moderators, is that the true? I´d really like to know. some questions like: -where can I buy the cd?- (when everybody knows that the album is only available to import it from sweden) look so silly. please, note that these are all just thoughts of mine. always the best
PeterGm said on December 5, 2005 08:22:
well, what type of questions are you asking? moderators moderate most of the dumb ones, per chooses which he answers... the ones he finds difficult to answer he either ignores or answers something like “Thanks, coffee please.” :P
imazombieinthem... said on December 5, 2005 08:57:
Ive also had none answered, I think I know why.
By the looks of it he only answers the latests ones sent. He would probably get hundreds of questions a day too. If you’re lucky enough to be on there when he is answering them you have a good chance.
Stay on the page and keep hitting Refresh ’till he comes on :D
Sparvogamarie said on December 5, 2005 09:10:
When he used to do it on HAND.com, he only answered the questions that arrived when he was online. I have a feeling he chooses the first questions that appear at the top of the screen and ignores everything below. I always thought mods should pick the questions, because Per got huffy last time that the questions were boring “When will you tour” stuff and stopped doing it. I wish people would stop asking that, the answer’s not gonna change!
tevensso (moderator) said on December 5, 2005 11:11:
There are 1771 questions waiting now, most of those are the same question repeated over and over again. “I lofe you, when do you come to (my country)”.
Eloy said on December 5, 2005 12:32:
well, I never said him: I love you! when will you come to my country! where Can I buy the album? so I think I did good questions. after all, I get no answer again at this forum this time. I wonder: “do the moderators choose the questions?” or they just know how many questions are left?
animalkingdom said on December 5, 2005 13:22:
WELL what’s more annoying than he not answering all our questions is people copying and pasting the exact same topics at the Son of a Plumber forum and here!! :(
Majdy said on December 5, 2005 13:47:
agree with sparvogamarie. i think he’s only answer questions that he got when he was online. so, the better way is keep senidng him question just in case he;s on.
Eloy said on December 5, 2005 14:19:
animalkingdom: what is the problem if I copy and paste the same topic at two different websites?. I did that because there are a lotta fans that read only the dailyroxette and I really like share this topic with soap fans and roxette fans, that´s all :)
Krischan said on December 5, 2005 15:45:
@eLoy: I was also sending clever questions (at least I thought they were...), but it’s no use.
No problem, I can handle frustrations. What have I got left, since I’m german?
GT25 said on December 5, 2005 19:01:
Eloy i agree with you i also sent clever questions and got no answer yet while others had 6 or more answers replied thats not fair ,i dont think Per chooses the questions because as you said there are such silly questions he replied i cant understand it ,if there is someone choosing the questions for Per he should be fair to all instead of making favours to his friends ...lets see
crashroxer said on December 5, 2005 19:16:
Hahaha....
I’ve send more than 20 questions - without an answer!!!
But, there is one person, who has send over 15 questions and this person gots for every question answer from Per!!!
NO COMMENT!!!!!

Where can I buy the album?/Will you tour?/Will you come to xyz-land?/You’re great! I love you!/When will there be a new Rox-album?...
I agree, always the same questions. I guess people don’t read the previous answers, and they keep on asking the same over and over again. Otherwise, I can’t understand why they are still asking the same (the answer WILL be always the same, anyway). I only sent one question. As I didn’t get any answer, I am not going to bother myself again. Sadly, I didn’t save a copy of my question, to paste and send it again.
I guess I will survive :oP

I wonder what this has to do with TDR, specially when you answer has been answered to you on soap forum??
Per is clever enough to choose the questions he wants to answer to ;)
realsuga said on December 5, 2005 21:18:
yeah, my q’s weren’t answered and I thought they were intelligent enough and not too fan/stalk-like. I’ve just resigned myself to the fact he doesn’t like me:-((((((((( (;-) Oh well.....it’s kewl to see other fans get theirs answered tho!!!!!!!!!!!!
crashroxer said on December 5, 2005 21:24:
@Judith: Who said, that this had anything to do with TDR?
I mean - this is a forum. We only talk here about this Q&A thing. There are many things who has nothing to do with tdr. My opinion.
Jud (moderator) said on December 5, 2005 22:59:
there is a topic about the same on the soap forum and the question is directed to the site admins/moderators. I assume this is also directed to these people. Anyway, you got your answer already :)
crashroxer said on December 5, 2005 23:03:
Sorry, but i don’t think that everyone is visiting the SOAP forum....
On the other hand: Tev knows a little bit about the messages...so welcome tdr (-;
denny said on December 5, 2005 23:28:
Hm... now I dunno what to think. I just sent a few sentences to Per, hoping not so to get an answer but just for him to read it. Now you say he probably doesn’t read it all? :((( Not fair.
Room_service said on December 6, 2005 00:25:
“Sorry, but i don’t think that everyone is visiting the SOAP forum....”
I agree. I used to be there, but I haven’t visited that forum in more than 20 days. I can’t pay attention to many forums at the same time. Anyway, there they talk about the same we talk about here, so it’s a bit pointless. We are not obligated to join that forum, I don’t know what is the problem if we share opinions about this matter here.
Eloy said on December 6, 2005 21:41:
judith: I told above: “there are a lotta fans that read only the dailyroxette and I really like share this topic with soap fans and roxette fans” and later you say that you dont understand why I copy and paste the same topic?. do you read the topics? because you dont seem to read all our answers. please, note that the answer to your question was already here. Im absolutely agree with crashroxer.
personally I think that the moderators filter the questions and if we get stupid questions and repetead then the moderators must have responsability for that. besides, its not the true that per answers the “lastest” questions. yesterday he asnwered one of a friend of mine and she sent it some weeks ago. please, note that its just an idea from me. maybe Im wrong. tevensso said: 1771 questions are left and the most from argentina and brasil. magically Per answered two question from brasil and the another one from argentina yesterday.
Jud (moderator) said on December 6, 2005 23:28:
“personally I think that the moderators filter the questions and if we get stupid questions and repetead then the moderators must have responsability for that.”
so: you ask if we moderate the questions, we tell you we don’t, but you still believe we do - whatever we say, why do you ask then?
or do you mean with that sentence that we should start to moderate the questions that come in?
Jud (moderator) said on December 7, 2005 06:51:
sorry, I didn’t mean to sound hostile... maybe I forgot the “:)” ?
I certainly didn’t understand what he meant with that sentence, either one thing or the other. If he means that he thinks we moderate the questions, whatever we say, then I don’t see why he asks in first place if he won’t believe us.. and if he means we should start to moderate, then fine, I guess we can do that, but we all know there will be (even more) complaints about that..
:)
PS: the number increased to 1820 questions :(
qrox said on December 7, 2005 13:07:
@eLoy: You say:
“there are a lotta fans that read only the dailyroxette and I really like share this topic with soap fans and roxette fans”
So, why post this here? If there are a lot of fans that read only TDR, then they are not be interested in what’s going on en SOAP.com. What would you think if I say that I don’t like the moderators in R2R forums?
You’ve never been there (I’m sure of that), and a lot of people haven’t neither, so why should I bother you with my complains about other sites??
The problems/complains/thoughts about SOAP should be in the SOAP forums, the problems/complains/thoughts about TDR should stay in TDR (and the problems/complains/thoughts about R2R should stay in R2R :P).
thenicekai said on December 7, 2005 13:16:
Yep, it’s a soap topic. So no use to copy everything here.
And furthermore, a solution is on it’s way. Watch soap to see how it goes on.
qrox said on December 7, 2005 15:30:
@thenicekay: what are you talking about???
As far as I know everything stills the same, nothing changed...
Will the questions be moderated?
It would be interesting to have the questions moderated and when they don’t “pass the test”, you should get a mail letting you know so.
Max-Tob said on December 7, 2005 19:14:
haha...here we go again...just got back from the same topic on soap..well, i guess it makes sense to also discuss it here, since the q&a section is not really about soap-site, but about our interaction with per. and of course “it hurts” to see so many stupidities there and so less real meaning in both questions and answers...But let’s not repeat what we already talked with kai and tev and qrox and others on the soap forum (very nice conversation if you ask me; kai made a point there...)
To be honest, I don’t think that the moderating of the q’s will do. It’ll be like “circus is in town”, believe me…lol…I wouldn’t want to be a moderator one of those days and be cursed in every single language of the earth for not making a q pass…No, folks, I doubt it’ll do…Let’s make appeal to the good old sense…let’s act like growing up ppl and stop asking unbelievably stupid q’s and stop being paranoid thinking that someone has cut our connection to per…Geez!! Mine weren’t answered either (apart from one), but I am very sure it’s just bad luck…So act coherently and let’s make an effort to keep this section nice and alive…just for our own sake if not for per’s…
I have the feeling we’ll totally lose him otherwise…The guy is bored for god’s sake!!! And we can’t ask him to only choose the interesting ones cos it’ll take too much time for him to pick…On the other hand, I confess I suspect him he doesn’t really dislike the stupid ones cos they are very…answerable…”next please” or “thanx dear” or “soon, soon” will do…But even if it’s so and he “prefers” the stupid ones just to finish them quickly, I still believe he’d actually want to be dared and not bored…So, let’s “force” him to answer the good q’s by only asking good q’s!! If you don’t have anything to ask, then don’t! I have the feeling that ppl get high only when seeing their names spelled by per so they ask whatever thing just to put their name there…Get real ppl!! I’ll repeat what I’ve said on soap forum: as it is now, the q&a section looks like an idiotic dialogue between 8 year old spoiled kids really...sorry guys (and dolls haha)
ps: i feel sorry for all good q’s that were already asked along the way and will surely NOT get an answer...
Eloy said on December 8, 2005 01:43:
judith: it´s ok. honestly I thought that and I can admit that I´m wrong. that‘s all. at least, it feels good changing the things at the Q&A. I‘m not the only one who thinks that something is wrong there. all the best
Jud (moderator) said on December 8, 2005 09:38:
a “FAQ” has been added to the first page of the Q&A, let’s hope it works! :))
qrox said on December 8, 2005 15:27:
I really like the fact that the links to the answers section and the questions section are embebbed into the text instead of being separated from it. This makes people read the whole text before asking anything.
Good move!
EmEx said on December 16, 2005 20:45:
i only asked one question and it took more then a week to get answerd
and dont think Per doesnt like you just because he doesnt answer your question cause most likely he doesnt even know you
Krischan said on December 5, 2005 07:04:
Some of the questions seem to repeat, that’s true (Where can I buy the album?/Will you tour?/Will you come to xyz-land?/You’re great! I love you!/When will there be a new Rox-album?)
