Question regarding Go To Sleep & Watercolors

I was browsing Roxette lyrics recently on www.pergessle.net/pearls/index.html and www.roxette.nl and on both sites Per is credited as the author of Go To Sleep and Watercolors In The Rain. Now I may be wrong (I don’t have my albums with me to check), but didn’t Marie write both those songs??

According to the Joyride booklet - Watercolours lyrix were written by Per and music by Marie. The same for Go To Sleep - words - Per, music - Marie.

Oh. OK. Sorry about it then. For some reason I thought otherwise.

Yes, that is right, Per wrote the LYRICS, and Marie wrote the MUSIC. Are those two songs very beautiful? :D I think they are so pretty.

“Yes, that is right, Per wrote the words, and Marie wrote the lyrics. “

Someone’s having a blond mo’... words & lyrics IS the same thing!!

The first Roxette song to be completely created by Marie was “Waiting for the rain”.

According to the documentry Watercolors was a title given to Marie by Per, she said that it took her a long time before she actually started to write the lyrics to that song. So that is what she said, right out of the horses mouth

No, the lyrics were given to Marie, she wrote the music to it.

ooops sorry, yea I meant (which I corrected above now) that Per wrote the LYRICS and Marie wrote the MUSIC, hehe :)
