If you’re looking for old records, the area of Solna is great. It’s been a year since I was there, but I remember there’s a shopping centre linked to the underground - 5 minutes walk from there and you’re near a Maxmål fast-food restaurant. Take a right there and you’ll end up amongst some apartments. The record shops are all on the lower floors.
On Stockholm’s green-line (underground), go to Sankt Eriksplan. There are quite a few record shops - Head for the ICA supermarket (possibly the smallest I’ve ever been in)right outside the station, then continue ahead towards a huge bridge. The records shops are before the bridge; but after the bridge is ABBA’s former recording studio which was later used by Roxette: Polar Music Studios. Unfortunately, it’s now a gymnasium! Worth a look, though, if you’re in the area (identifiable by a long ramp leading straight off the end of the bridge; dark green building with a sculpture over the door).
Have fun in Sweden!
