ooooooh, I jst can’t pick one fave Kate toon! She’s never played LIve! since 1978 either!
The Dreaming is a sensational album - Night of the swallow, suspended in Gaffa & Get Out of My House being amazing. Red Shoes, Moments of Pleasure and basically all of Hounds of Love album are gems - add to that Wuthering Heights (love the New Vocal version).....she’s just such an icon!

Best part is “Aerial” will be a double disc. Nice reward after 12 years of waiting.
I hated Hounds of Love when I first heard it, but I kept listening to it (I had no money for anything new) and I started noticing all the layering and the interplay in the Ninth Wave section of the album and it crept into me. It’s gotta be one of my all time favorite albums. BRILLIANT! The remastered version is well worth the money—Burning Bridge and Under The Ivy and My Lagan Love, superb B-sides all.
The Dreaming—Get Out Of My House, Night Of The Swallow, All The Love, Suspended In Gaffa, Houdini, Leave It Open—fantastic album as well.
Some of the early stuff I could take or leave (Violin and Egypt especially), but she’s just an incomparable artist. An acquired taste to quite a few, but well worth it.

I have just a few, maybe 10 songs but I like her. Her voice is great and I think she’s unique. It would be nice to hear her live one day...

it´s amazing... “King Of The Mountain” - I like that title. I´m surprised to read she´s only 47, I though she´s a bit older.
What´s ur fave song!? Mine are Breathing and of course Running Up That Hill.
