I’m already getting them damn christmas catalogues thru the post :@ It is freakin JUNE for crying out loud. This makes the whole year seem much shorter to me. It is annoying. And i dont like the argument that it helps you organise things in advance so there’s less stress during the xmas period. If you need to be thisss organised then i dont think you’re enjoying the real spirit of christmas at all.

In a place called Katoomba, where I lived for three years, they celebrate “yulefest” which runs June, July & August (Aussie winter). All the hotels and guest houses serve full Christmas dinner every weekend, and they put up trees and all that stuff! Christmas is stressful enough for one day let alone three months!

We are not even halfway from the last christmas! (although almost).
If they start on 6 or 7 december (right after “Sinterklaas”, which is on 5 december), that is soon enough for me.
