Greek version of LTYH?

Hej everyone!
Last Monday I was in a bus in Greece and I heard a very familiar song (I was sitting at the front seat so I could hear the radio very clearly). Right from the very first notes I recognised LTYH. I was surprised that it was a cover, a Greek cover! Has anyone heard this before? Does anyone know anything about this, I mean the artist and where to find it?

Well, there are actually TWO versions of this cover in Greece. :) Was the song you heard sang by a woman or a group of people?
At least the song is called “Akou Tin Kardia” and it is sang either by a lady called Sofia Vossou or a group called One.
