Pers songwriter style in the future

Do you think that Per will ever change his style of writing songs?
When i think of a new roxette cd or even a new solo CD of him i would like to hear something different than those typical love songs and bubble gum stuff. I think something with more obvious depth would be great for me. He is much older now than in the joyride days and a lot of his fans too it sounds a bit ridiculously when he still write over the same thing in the same way he already did twenty years back.
i dont want to criticize him or his work, thats just what I would prefer to hear in future of him!

He’s a pure pop lyricist...always has been...
What do you want? Politics?

Albums may have different styles but at the heart there will be pop music and that’s why I love it :-)

His first two solo cd’s were (a bit) like what you would you like to see. Have you heard them? There was some nice stuff on there (and some tat :). Didn’t have much success with them, though, so I don’t think he’ll repeat those efforts.
I liked Man Varnade För Halka a lot.

In my opinion he has already changed his style. The lyrics on Look Sharp were totally different than on Joyride, it was power pop. Tourism was a bit more grown up, maybe because of the long tour.
On Crash Boom Bang were the best lyrics. Also funny pop and also strong lyrics like Whats she like.
But the last things of Roxette seems to be a parody of himself or Roxette which is also nice... in a specific way..... It reminds me on that parody site Do you want fries with that? I like this site by the way!
think we have to wait!

He will hopefully never change! :)
But he could write a few songs together with Niklas Strömstedt again. Those got really nice in my opinion. :)

You know, Doctor Phil from TV has a quote “The best predictor of future behaviour is past behaviour”...in other words Per will continue what he’s always done!
