Hi Folks!
Beautiful Things crashed by the wayside in emphatic fashion in round 13, but on reflection did extremely well to beat 11 other songs to battle it out with two magnificent heavyweights for a place in the final. We have left the opening track and the lead single. No further introduction is required on my part. You know what to do!!

RULES / COMMENTS
You are entitled to vote once, but you may not split your vote between the songs nor vote more than once from different TDR accounts. Violation of the latter rule will be considered as cheating. I have stated the time when voting ends: this time will not be changed subsequently. If this final (sort of a tie-breaker round in itself) is tied when voting ends, then it will be extended for discrete periods of 24 hours until a winner can be declared. In my commitment to delivering a fun and fair poll to TDR, and bearing in mind the cheating uncovered in the Tourism poll final, I remind the subscriber that only one vote per person is permitted. If there is reasonable suspicion of cheating in this final, I will again ask TDR’s owner to check whether several votes have been submitted from the same computer or LAN. If he cannot help us then I shall ask a panel of regular voters in this poll to conclude a fair outcome. Any such decision will be final, but let’s all hope that it doesn’t come to this: play fair please... and enjoy :-)

COY? It’s incredible!!! WICF is the best song in HAND and one of the best songs Roxette ever did. Marie vocals are soo great, instruments sound fantastic, excellent, wonderful... And WICF is a very nice ballad. It was the first single off HAND cause it was the best song to promote HAND. “Crush on you” is OK but WICF is more and more... COY hadn’t had so success, I expect people think about that.
I know which song deserves the number 1... I know the reasons... I know my vote...

This is a hard one.... I’ll have to go with voting COY out cos I HATE the 2nd part of the intro when the synths kick in. Sounds too 80’s/porno. If that part was done better WICF wouldve gotten my vote.....so.........

These 2 two songs are the best on HAND. Wish I Could Fly is just fantastic! It’s almost impossible to make this song better than it’s already done which I cannot say about COY.

Sorry, pwbbounce and Rich-Uk... WICF is a much better song than COY. Vocals, instruments and nice sound are better... The lyrics on COY can be good but it doesn’t matter... WICF is one of the best songs Roxette ever did and Marie performed.

@ miguelsocialist - I disagree with you. COY is lyrically superb, has marie hitting notes that I personally don’t think she has really hammered since Look Sharp. WICF is still a great song, one of Rox’s best, but for me COY is the better of the two. But I guess that is what makes us all so unique - our opinions.

Anyway, I know a lot of people love WICF. Someone said that COY could be done better than it is and I agree.
WICF is a superb song... the other one is better in lyrics but WICF is better in sound, vocals, instruments, melody... It doesn’t matter if WICF wins or not, I saw the results of other rounds and I disagree the majority, and I don’t think the results of 50 or 60 votes (including mine, of course) represent Roxette fans opinion or people opinion in general...
Anyway, it’s true different opinions is a good thing, THE TRUTH is property of nobody :)

I agree that these votes don’t represent the opinion of all fans or THE TRUTH, but it’s a good starting point to see what people like, and is good fun too. We can all make our own interpretations from the poll: one of mine is that fans in general probably prefer Wish I Could Fly to the track that comes next on the album ;-)
