Apparently, he has developed the remarkable ability to envoke a Vulcan mind meld technique similar to Star Trek’s Mr Spock in order to truely understand his clients.
Common trauma’s include being held upside down for extended periods. Being used in mock Rabbit and Tortoise races. And being confused for sea turtles and therefore being placed in the sea by some Activist do-gooder.
