Q.1 What are three best things abt ur city?
The proximity to the sea. :D I love beaches. :D
...
Nope, no more!

Q.2 What are three worst things abt ur city?
The student land it has become

The weather... ’Plymouth, where the rain gets warmer in summer’.

The distance from everything... it takes an age to get anywhere. :(

Q.3 What kind of behavior people exhibit in ur city?
Probably the same as every other city!

Q.4 Any famous thing abt ur city?

http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&q=plymouth&btnG=Search&meta=cr%3Dco...

Lots and lots and lots and lots!

Q.5 Does the religion has any effect on ur city life and it’s people?
Uh, no... ? There isn’t a loan religion.

Q.6 How much price is the land or plot only in ur city ?
No idea... couldn’t give a stuff!

Q.7 Would you like to settle permanently there?
I’ve been here 27 years and no plans on ever moving

Q.8 If there was one thing that u could change about ur city what would it be?
I’d ban students... EVERY spare house/land/shop is now for students. Don’t go on holiday for any length of time, you’re likely to come back and your house is student accom... the attitude they have towards the locals is horrid, no wonder drips like me complain about them!

Well... the city where I’m living is very glorious, so many famous people are from here! :)
Religions... generally orthodoxal christians, however here’s the largest islam-cathedral in Europe, and the new one is building:)
People’s behavour... very modest, calm
It’s one of the most expensive cities in the world if you’re looking for VIP (hotels, restaurants etc.)
The weather is often rainy and cold, it’s usually also wet:(
In summer warm and hot (cold at nite)
Police can arrest you if you’ve got a big nose;(

Q.1 What are three best things abt ur city?

1) Bolton has one of the top 5 councils in the UK, and I am proud to say I work there, it picks up awards in Europe and often get’s visitors from all the world to see how we work! It was nominated last year out of over 3000 entries for a European aware, sadly we got to the top 5 but lost out but aim to go for it again next year!

2) We have a premiership football club called Bolton Wanderers & we are a big industrial town!

3) We held some of the events for the commonwealth games in 2002!

Q.2 What are three worst things abt ur city?

I really cannot think of anything! No really I can’t....

Q.3 What kind of behavior people exhibit in ur city?

It’s pretty good if you don’t count the two or was it three murders in the past 18 months!
Bolton Insistute is now a university and we have a lot of students, but I never see any problems with them, in fact when I was thinking of going to the university I read about people who came here because it was a quiet place. We’re not a quiet town but a town that has people from many walks of lifes!

Q.4 Any famous thing abt ur city?

Yes ... In 1779, Samuel Crompton invented the spinning mule that combined the moving carriage of the spinning jenny with ... of the water frame. The spinning mule gave the spinner great control ... a famous person from Bolton!

A lot of famous people are from Bolton as well none other than Peter Kay!

Q.5 Does the religion has any effect on ur city life and it’s people?

No we are a multi culture town and belive in valuing diversity!

Q.6 How much price is the land or plot only in ur city ?

Well an average house price for a 2 bed property is around £60,000 depending on the area, in my area your looking at around £80,000.

Q.7 Would you like to settle permanently there?

Years ago NO, but now I am quite proud to come from Bolton, it has a lot of history to it, but in the future I would like to move abroad. There is a big chance one day I will move on to somewhere else, but for now I am committed to stay here for reasons beyond my control!

Q.8If there was one thing that u could change about ur city what would it be?

Perhaps they way they offer housing to people.... that is the only gripe I have! I hate the fact they always give prority to single mums with about 5 kids, if they wanna move house they’ll move with no thought for the mess they leave behind... then they’ll get board and move on again when they have trashed another house, it really annoys me, the council should stop it and make people sign tenancy’s for a min of 2 years it would stop all that happening.... and the discrimination over single people getting housing is a disgrace if you ain’t got kids then your no chance, nothing worse than some scrounging mother who can’t be arsed getting a job moving from house to house...

@Lawer: that means what it means, here is such stupid and unhuman law in our city to arrest any person who has big nose or dark hair and dark skin, that’s enough to arrest this person as ’a face of a caucace nahionality’.

@Lawer:well... they are percecuting people, who are living here illegal, everybody must have registration, even moving from one town to an other for some days only... They also perceute all male-citizens who looks about 18 years old because all of them according to the law must go to the army (’cos noone wants to go to the army;), dark-haired women (searching a bomb in their bags;) and ’drug-addicts’ (thant’s when according to the new law that’s allowed to use and to have in a pocket drugs;)...
